Top quality products
I have never been able to keep plants alive, but really love them. Have spent months searching for good quality artificial plants. Bought a selection from Real Artificial, including an olive tree, large plant, succulents & trailing eucalyptus. They all look absolutely stunning! Even my avid gardener friend did not know they weren’t real! Top quality knowledge, advice & general service from Phil. Can’t thank him enough.

I ordered a tree from another company…
I ordered a tree from another company that never arrived and then found Real artificial ! Phil from RA was able to source me a lovely Olive tree which is very realistic and great quality. He also sorted out delivery problems for me and I would recommend the company to others for sure.

Excellent Company
I bought 3 artificial palm plant/trees from realartificial. One of the palm plants I ordered wasn't going to be back in stock for 2-3 weeks, but Phil kindly offered me a free upgrade of one which was bigger. That's amazing customer service. The plant/trees are fabulous! I love them, they're so realistic. The prices were competitive, and delivery was super prompt. I highly recommend realartificial. Well done Phil.

The quality of the products I purchased…
The quality of the products I purchased is simply excellent! As an avid gardener, fresh cut flower and plant lover, I was a little sceptical about artificial plants and stems in my home. However, I am delighted that I took the plunge and trusted this brand and its products. I am now able to enjoy a range of greenery in both my home and office environment that convincingly replicates the atmospheric qualities of freshly cut stems and plants on a permanent basis. Phil was both helpful and knowledgable throughout. After speaking with him, I now know that I am able to combine real artificial and real cut stems in my arrangements - perfect! The plants I purchased look wonderful in my home - I especially love the look and feel of the pampas grass plant - a combination of real artificial stems and dried pampas flumes. I especially love how it’s fine stems and delicate plumes
move as you walk past it. Will definitely be back for more!

Good service and plants look really good and much better than shop bought ones. Worth paying a little extra for an artificial plant that will last and look good. I've ordered a second one. I will buy my artificial plants from here now.

Exceptional customer experience
Exceptional customer experience. Slight issue with delivery, nothing to do with Realartificial, but a delay with Hermes which is not unusual, but frustrating every time it happens! Phil responded quickly and personally to my email, sending an unnecessary but fabulous little potted succulent to say "sorry". This is the sort of customer experience you want from online businesses and it's what will ensure Realartificial succeed. Kudos to Phil and I both products (2m Ficus...and the succulent) are now firmly installed in my home office, getting comments on every Zoom call! Thanks, Phil, for raising the bar.
