Excellent customer service with integrity - diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same visit, getting the required part from a local supplier (not Japan, as another company had suggested!). Wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. Courteous, clean and tidy workmanship, competent and cheerful. I have no hesitation in going a five star recommendation for this company.

Very professional service. The engineer checked my gas pressure and found I had an issue with external gas pressure, he contaced the mains gas supplier who then rectified the issue. The level of service I received was excellent, I have had many boiler services in the past, but this was the best. I've recommended Real boiler service to my friends and family.

We have used Ibrahim before - he annually services our ancient boiler. He recently came out on a Saturday morning (in his home clothes) to help us out when we found we had no hot water. He quickly diagnosed that the (ancient) pump had failed and went out of his way to get a new one for us and installed it immediately. He also came back when we had a problem with the ball valve in the loft and sorted that for us (at no labour cost!) Once again we are delighted that we can rely on Ibrahim to do a great job and he is always so friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong getting Ibrahim to work for you - highly recommended.

Ibrahim sorted out my mother's boiler problem during the recent freezing weather and made sure she was up and running again as quickly as he could.
