We had been working with a local mortgage company here in Atlanta and expected to go with them. This company was offering a "free" refinance down the road as an incentive to go with them. Just as a "high level" check, I decided to get a quote from Real Genius. The rate quote came back more than 75 bps lower than the rate I had from the original company! This lower rate way more than offset the savings from the "free refinance" offered from the first company. I switched over to Real Genius and Trish McCall and her team got us pre-approved in 1 day. Super easy to close within a 30 day period. Highly recommend Real Genius!
