My experience with Real Hires has been frustrating and disappointing. The same job listings seem to be reposted repeatedly every week, which makes the opportunities feel questionable and not genuine. It creates the impression that the roles may not actually be active positions.

The recruitment process also feels unclear and lacks transparency. Candidates invest time applying, completing forms, and sometimes assessments, but there is very little communication or real progress afterward.

Overall, it feels like the platform is recycling job postings rather than connecting candidates with legitimate opportunities. I would strongly recommend that they improve transparency, provide clearer communication, and ensure that the roles they advertise are real and currently available.
