Avoid this hotel group!!

Avoid this hotel group!!
12 months after falling over a hidden trip hazard in a dimly lit area of one of their hotels, after lots of promises that they were taking the matter seriously and being given the run around they claim they're not responsible and for the 2nd time tell me to deal directly with their insurers, strangely it's a different insurer than the 1st one odd that!!
Clearly their corporate customers mean much more to them than ordinary holiday makers, on our last night they were have a welcome party for attendees of a folk festival which had taken over the whole hotel from the following day and we were all pushed into a small corner of the main restaurant whilst the festival goers took over all the rest and everything around the swimming pool.
