We cannot express enough gratitude for Rosie and her team’s exceptional care and thoughtfulness throughout our travel experience. From the very beginning, we felt truly looked after. Rosie was always available to assist us whenever we needed support, which made our journey so much smoother.

Our return flight was an extremely challenging situation. Without Rosie's contacts and organization, we would not have made our international flight home after our domestic flight from Da Nang. The domestic flight from Da Nang to Ho-Chi-Min-City was delayed, and it was only thanks to Rosie's contacts and network that we were able to make our international flight home on time. That was a masterful achievement and deserves special recognition. A representative was waiting for us right at the aircraft upon landing, the taxi driver was ready and waiting, and everything went smoothly. We are still impressed by what we experienced there.

Stephen Long was an excellent tour advisor for our two-week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. He put together a wonderful itinerary tailored to our preferences — food, art, history, and nature — and truly paid attention to what we wanted. When I asked him to build in a relaxation day mid-trip, he planned for us to be in beautiful Hoi An, where our hotel had a pool and the beach was just a short trip away.
Stephen did an amazing job staying in contact with us via WhatsApp throughout the entire trip. All of our transportation, hotels, inter-trip flights, and activities were booked for us, and communication about where and when we needed to be was always clear. We were also able to make slight adjustments to the itinerary as needed, which we really appreciated. The local tour guides Stephen arranged in each city were excellent as well.
We had an incredible time visiting Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, and Siem Reap. We highly recommend Stephen for planning your next trip to Vietnam and Cambodia!

Travelling alone in a country where I don't speak the language was initially scary, but as soon as I landed I knew I was in very safe hands. Everything was exceptionally organized and communication was easy. I would highly recommend.

We wanted to hit all the highlights of a typical 2-week Vietnam tour but wanted to avoid traveling in a group. After stumbling on a YouTuber who sang the praises of Realistic Asia we started researching them. Ultimately we discovered they could provide a private tour customized to our tastes and preferences for the same price as what we’d be able to book on our own. They added two days to the 13 day itinerary as we customized it.

The real beauty of their system is that you get a dedicated Travel Consultant who you stay in contact with throughout your trip via WhatsApp. Our Travel Consultant was Stephen and he was amazing. A few days into the trip, I tripped and fell during my morning run in Hanoi. I wound up going to the emergency room with a broken thumb and split open chin. Stephen sprang into action and diverted our local guide for that day to the hospital to help us. For the remainder of our tour he helped rework the day tours to avoid anything I couldn’t do. My jaw was in bad shape so he even worked with the restaurants for the trip-included lunches to make sure there were softer options available.

OVERALL: Our experience with Realistic Asia was fantastic. The city guides are friendly and knowledgable. The hotels (we chose the 4-star option) were centrally located and met our high expectations. The food was great (even the softer options!). If you want to visit Vietnam worry-free, we recommend talking to the travel experts at Realistic Asia.

So this was the most adventurous trip our family had ever done. We were somewhat anxious about navigating foreign lands so far from our culture in Canada.

We were very fortunate that Realistic Asia made everything so easy and supported us throughout our holiday. Special thanks to Thang who contacted us the night before every tour or travel day to ensure we knew where to go and when.

The sites on this trip did not disappoint us and we saw so much. Each location we visited was about the right amount of time to experience the local culture and sites.

We had an amazing vacation touring Southeast Asia. Realistic Asia, specifically our consultant, Linh Thieu, arranged all of the logistics for our 16 day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Linh planned our flights, our schedules, and all of the transfers, as well as many well-thought-out tours to show us some of the highlights of each city, including a bit of every day life there. Some of the tours were even private! We also had time to explore these areas on our own. Most of our planning with Linh was online, and we found her extremely responsive and experienced. We were additionally impressed that she arranged to personally meet us at our first hotel in Hanoi. Linh’s expertise contributed to making this trip stress-free and extra enjoyable, and we happily recommend touring with Realistic Asia!

We are a couple in our mid sixties. We live to travel. This time South East Asia was on our agenda. We booked through TourRadar and chose 14 day adventure in Vietnam. We loved every part of this trip. Mr. Long helped to make sure we had everything signed and packed accordingly before we left. He met us at our first hotel in Hanoi and answered any questions or worries we had. He checked in with us every day. It was nice to have a lot of freedom to do our own thing but to have the details organized by someone who lives there and knows what to do. The hotels were lovely and we met the most lovely people, often leaving the hotel with hugs and even some small gifts and one complimentary upgrade! Stephen was very responsive throughout the planning and during the trip. Together, we created a 3-week bespoke adventure that met our needs, with the right mix of solo and group activities. Stephen nailed the logistics of getting from place to place without any hiccups. Stephen was incredibly committed to the success of our trip, and I can’t say enough good things about him. The drivers were professional, and for the most part, the guides were excellent.
Stephen touched base each day to check in and make sure we were aware of the upcoming schedule and prepared for the day ahead.
I think what we loved the most about working with Realistic Asia was the ability to tailor the trip to our interests and needs, because they are on the ground in Vietnam, they are experts on the area and have all the contacts, and if there is an issue, they are in the same time zone and just a phone call away.
If we were to change anything on the trip, we would have spent 2 nights on the cruise; we loved it, and one night was too rushed.

Had an amazing 1 and a half weeks traveling through Vietnam and Cambodia with my partner. I have never experienced so much hospitality. The director of our tours (Hoang) was amazing. They met us on our first day in the city at our hotel to check in with us and make sure everything had been okay with our travel. We received messages every morning sending us well wishes on our day and information on all of our travel in advance. I strongly recommend using this service if you are planning a trip to Southeast Asia. We can’t wait to come back and have them be a part of our next adventure.

From the outset Anna and realistic Asia impeccably planned and designed this bucket list trip for us, from following and improving upon the map itinerary we sent to making sure each day was filled with the cultural and experiential activities we hoped for. It was fully supported with a daily driver and guide and we looked forward the the adventure of each day. Anna made sure that we had enjoyed each day and gave us the schedule for the next. We just finished an incredible organized tour through Vietnam with Realistic Asia, and it was hands-down one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.
