We had an absolutely amazing experience in Vietnam, and a huge part of it was thanks to Thang. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed support. Everything was perfectly organized, and his presence made the whole journey smooth, stress-free, and truly special.

Vietnam completely stole our hearts—it is a beautiful country, full of incredible places, culture, and people—and Thang helped us enjoy every single moment to the fullest. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this trip feel magical.

Our contact, Stephen provided an excellent service from our initial contact with RA, through both the organisation and then the actual trip itself. We chose to go to Vietnam, Cambodia, & Thailand, and each step, Stephen was on hand to help us plan our itinerary, suggest excellent hotels, arrange internal flights, and all transfers, and then arranged lots of excellent activities so we fully experienced the wonderful countries we visited. Daily calls and WhatsApp messages meant that at all times, we felt totally supported and as such, made every day seamless and without worry. Nothing was too much trouble, and as such, our IndoChina experience was the holiday of a lifetime. Thank you Realistic Asia, and especially thank you to Stephen. We booked a 14-day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand for my wife and me, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by how professional and experienced Realistic Asia is.

Our trip manager, Thang, took care of every tiny detail. Communication was always friendly and professional. He accompanied us throughout the entire journey and sent us daily updates with the final details for the next day’s program.

Everything went smoothly thanks to the excellent organization. We felt well taken care of at all times.

We did a custom tour of Laos and Vietnam put together for just the two of us. Everything was well planned and supported from beginning to end. All of our local guides were experts and the handoff from city to city went flawlessly. Just had a great time seeing the many cultural and historic sites throughout both countries.

I had a wonderful trip in Vietnam. Thang organised everything perfectly: comfortable hotels, hassle-free transfers, and interesting tours with excellent guides.
Particular highlights were the overnight stay on the boat in Ha Long Bay and the bike tour in Hoi An.
I am a vegetarian and Thang had informed all the tour guides in advance, so I always had delicious vegetarian food.

My husband and I just returned from a realistic Asia tour of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Since this was our first trip to these countries, I wasn’t quite sure about doing a land tour and flying to several countries. However, from the beginning, our travel coordinator, Chris Thang, treated us with professional and personal attention. He communicated in a timely manner and always gave us helpful tips on how to get ready for our trip. I was surprised that he even met us on our first day at the hotel. We felt that his personal attention and just warm personality made us feel welcome and comfortable. He checked in with us daily to ensure that we enjoyed our tours, and reminded us of what to expect the next day in regards to pick up time and airline flights. All the personnel they used (drivers, guides, tours, and airlines) were professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and Chris-he was amazing!

I can honestly say, this operator is amazing. I was actually a bit sceptical because when an agency has only positive rewievs, it seems kinda fake, but i promise you, this one deserved every 5 star it ever got. I did the 16 day tour Vietnam-Cambodia-Phuket and i wish i could do it again tomorrow :D. Just make sure you get Long Pham as your travel agent, the guy is an apsolute champion, he will make sure you get a vacation to remember ! :)

We just finished an incredible 21-day trip through Vietnam organised by Realistic Asia, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish, and the whole experience felt completely stress-free thanks to Stephen, who organised the trip for us. Our Travel Consultant, Stephen is a gem. He checked on us every single day and made sure tours and transport were handled properly. Travel itinerary hit the major tourist sites and more. He assisted with a visa issue which could have resulted in problems continuing the tour

9 day island hopping tour. From touch on phuket over to phi pho Island and the to krabi. For my first time in Thailand it was a wonderful experience. Taking guided tours on boats, trough caves. To island and much more. The hotels were all clean well maintained and serviced. All the staff along the way were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this trips for couples and small groups. Its relaxation meets the beaches, boats and Thailand culture.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to travel Vietnam. It was our first visit and we wanted guidance yet didn’t want to travel with a group so it was just myself and my husband. We landed in Hanoi then went to Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Ming city. The planning was easy with their help and the experience was almost flawless. Our guides were timely and a wealth of information. They changed and were local to each city. Dao Long was always informing me of the next days’s adventure the night prior. We were able to have a multifaceted adventure including historical sites, biking, market exploring, a family dinner with a local and a Vespa foodie tour! I would recommend this group to anyone especially because they are so willing and able to personalize the trip.

We had a memorable, enjoyable, stress-free trip through Vietnam planned from start to finish with Long from Realistic Asia. Our initial contact was only 6 weeks prior to the trip which did not leave much time for planning, however the trip was fully planned and booked within a short two-week time period. After giving Long ideas about what we’d like to do and how much time we had, he planned an initial itinerary that we tweaked a few times before settling on our 11 days in Vietnam that was perfectly paced according to our request for a “somewhat busy” itinerary, leaving some time for relaxing. We requested private tours and transportation throughout the trip including airport transfers, tours, car travel between two locations and two domestic flights which required a lot of coordination and was executed without issue. We visited Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh with daily tours in each location. From start to finish everything went off without a problem, drivers and tour guides were always on time. The drivers were excellent in the busy cities, driving between cities and outside of cities to tours in more far-reaching areas. We enjoyed each of the tours that were chosen based on our preference for experiencing the culture and food of Vietnam and ranged from street food tours to historical tours to dinner with a local family. All of the guides were fluent in English, knowledgeable and personable. Mr. Sea and Mr. Koi who work with Realistic Asia were excellent guides in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Each of the hotels was located in a great area and was very comfortable with excellent breakfasts. Notably, in addition to all the planning/coordination of logistics, what stands out with working with Realistic Asia is the experience while on the trip where I felt taken care of throughout with Long keeping in contact to ensure we were being picked up on time, the guides were on time, confirming times for pick up, and that accommodations were to our liking. I felt that if there were any issues, that I had someone I could rely on. I highly recommend Realistic Asia.

I went with Realistic Asia. It was a well arranged 14 day tour of Vietnam. The representative Thang Tran from Realistic Asia was very helpful before during and after the tour.
I have problems with my knees. Thang made sure that the tour knew about it and arranged for me not to do any that might aggravate the problem.

We were specifically interested in exploring historical sites, and Jennifer specifically selected guides with the historical knowledge we were looking for. Through this trip, we saw and learned so much. It's hard to even know where to begin or how to describe how special every single day was. Some highlights included our tour guide in Laos surprising us with a visit to the Hmong New Year festival, our tour guide Jimmy recommending the best banh mi of our lives in Hanoi (at Banh mi Long Hoi), our drive along the Hai Van Pass en route from Hoi An to Hue, our historical day trip exploring the DMZ, our private tour of the "Killing Fields" and S-21 prison, Jennifer's gift of two tickets to the Phare Circus in Siem Reap, which turned out to be a gorgeous, Cirque du Soleil-like performance detailing the history of Cambodia and the Khmer Rouge and was one of the highlights of our entire trip, and finally, our tour guide Vibol, who gave us a joy-filled tour of Angkor Wat, Bakheng Hill, Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, Ta Prohm, and Banteay Samre Temple.

I'm so glad we found Realistic Asia and planned out trip with them. We couldn't have wished for a better, more custom, more educational and enriching experience. Thank you so much to Jennifer Bui - we really appreciate everything you did to make this trip happen for us!

Our Best of Vietnam Tour in 14 Days was excellent. From the start of our booking process to the final day of our tour we were brilliantly looked after by Thang who made every request possible. Every pickup was on time, we always got the info for the following day by text the day before, which made the trip totally stress free. We decided on the 4* hotels and all of them were great choices. He even made sure we had a take away breakfast from the hotels when we had early starts. Is there room for some little improvements on some of the day tours? Sure, but these would be minor things and a matter of personal taste. All in all we can't fault this tour and would highly recommend Realistic Asia.
