This company is very flexible with their itinerary. Long Pham was able to change portions of the itinerary to adjust for weather conditions (typhoon) or our errors( booking a day tour already included)
He was attentive to our needs and kept in touch to make sure we were well and the hotels and tours were okay.
The guides were all excellent with understandable English and very good knowledge of the sites and history of sites and country.
If I come back to this area I will definitely use this company and ask for Long.

The tour was well organised and was easy to book. We also customised some sections and added extra dates in. This was all carried out very easily. The tour covered most of the highlights of Vietnam. Maybe we could had added extra days in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh as there wasn’t too much time during the day to explore.

*Our tour coordinator, Thang, was excellent. He stayed in touch with us and insured that all day tours, hotels and transportation needs were excellent . We were known as the family during the tour with 6 family members ages 29-77. We felt well taken care of and accommodated when needed for less mobile members of the family. It was a fun tour.*

We Used Realistic Asia for our first visit to Thailand and it was great! Chris Thang was our contact and was friendly, professional, informative and efficient. He was quick to respond to requests and very communicative about tour times, shuttle drivers, and what to expect for every detail that concerned our trip. He also was very helpful when we needed a last minute change to our final shuttle home. He helped us have the best possible Thai experience and we would highly recommend him and his company!

This was a very good trip,very seamlessly organised and well thought. Our guide Thang was unbelievably helpful,he was there all through the two weeks, always available over the phone,we had to change our itinerary due to the typhoon and this was done with minimal disruption,he ensured we were able to enjoy our time,very efficient, friendly,hospitable,excellent customer service.Id recommend Thang and his colleagues to friends and family. Best part was when Thang came to see us and gave us some thoughtful souvenirs!!

Long Pham was our tour organizer. He did a fabulous job. This experience was amazing. The guides, transportation, food and accommodations were outstanding! We will remember this tour as one of our best travel experiences. The Vietnamese and Cambodian people were so gracious and accommodating. Clearly they are happy to have tourists come to their country! We definitely wanting to go back to these countries again and would hope to work with Long again.

I liked the mixture of busy days and down time. You got to see and experience a lot but it felt relaxing at the same time. Everything was well planned and ran like clockwork without any stress or anxiety on our part. This was one of the best tours we've been on and I would highly recommend it!

We took a 21 day tour to Vietnam. Our coordinator Long was excellent. He managed all of our expectations and even the things that didn’t go as expected (based on the weather and other uncontrollable things) he was able to help us with. The tour was a great mix of time on our own and time to tour with other groups along the way. Even though the traffic is absolutely crazy in most cities, the drivers/guides were always very punctual. We were able to see sites in the north, central and south parts of the country. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Just back from a 10 day tour in Vietnam starting in Ho Chi Minh City followed by a stop in Hue, then a cruice in beautiful Halong Bay and finally a few days in Hanoi. Everything was very well planned and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The organizing could not have been better, and we got exactly what we were promised. Edna, our travel agent was greatand gave exact information. The balance between group activities and time on our own was perfect.

Our trip was absolutely unforgettable, and Mr Thang made it even better with their kindness, attention to detail, and welcoming energy. I truly appreciated the care and support throughout the journey, thank you for helping make it so special! 🦋✨

We had a wonderful time during our 16 days trip to Thailand and Vietnam. Our tour consultant Long Pham was great. Every day he was in touch with us and explained each day’s itinerary. So we didn’t have to worry about airport pickups or hotel pickups. Itinerary change due to unforeseen circumstances were notified ahead of time for our approval.

The tour was well organised. Our coordinator Mr Thang was very helpful and there if we needed any questions answered.
The tour was full on and you need some days after to recover.

I just finished my 15 day Grand Indochina tour with Realistic Asia.. As a Solo traveler I had some extra preferences which were all met by my tour coordinator Stephen. He tailored the itinerary to my needs and followed up all the tour steps starting from the entry requirements of all three countries as well as daily follow ups to make sure the schedule went smoothly as planned. Besides the perfect organization Stephen was always available to answer my questions through the trip and give me recommendations for my leisure time. Realistic Asia is definitely recommendable for travelers planning to visit this part of the world 😃

Have recently returned from an extremely well organised tour of Vietnam by Linh Thieu of Realistic Asia. We found that we were able to relax and fully enjoy knowing that the whole trip was already in place. We looked forward to our tours each day and they did not disappoint. Our drivers and tours guides were always prompt, very knowledgeable and passionate about their country. Our accommodation was of a high standard and we were lucky enough to have a couple of upgrades. We were fortunate to meet Linh in person on the first day of our trip. Through the trip Linh kept us informed of our next days activities and always ensured our guides had arrived on time and that we had arrived home safely. Was really assuring to know she was looking out for us. We could not have asked for a more dedicated and caring person who was a pleasure to work with and we feel extremely lucky to have met her. We found the people of Vietnam were always friendly and always went out of their way to provide assistance.
