Incredibly well organized. Very varied activities all of which were enjoyable and interesting.

Anna was my tour director on my trip to Indochina and it was so wonderful to have her guiding me through the tour and making sure everything was in place and corrected. I'm sure I would have missed something and had a bad experience but thanks to her everything went smoothly and wonderful. Even getting to meet her made the experience more personal and unforgettable! Thank you so much. This was the best experience through a tour company I've ever had.

We recently had a very enjoyable 12-day tour of Thailand, which included Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai in Northern Thailand, as well as Bangkok and Ayutthaya.
• The tour itinerary was tailored to suit our interests and schedule.
• Our preference for Halal food was accommodated wherever possible.
• The tour coordinator was in touch with us daily to ensure all was well, and to remind us of the schedule for the next day.
• The tour was very well put together, and even the most minor details were taken care of – we did not have to worry about transportation, sight-seeing, meals, schedules, etc – all was taken care of.
• Our tour plan included airport to airport pick & drop.
• Tour guides were quite knowledgeable of their subject matter, and were very friendly and courteous.
• Overall, it was a fun-filled trip which met our needs, and we would readily recommend Realistic Asia to others.

After thoroughly researching the available options I chose to book the "Best Of Vietnam In 14 Days" package offered by "Realistic Asia". I made my booking via TourRadar's booking site. TourRadar is an extremely helpful Tour broker which enables easy comparisons of multiple tour options for worldwide destinations. After being assigned to Edna as my contact person from Realistic Asia, the process became a breeze.
Communication in English was perfect. Edna was receptive to all my requirements, requests and inquiries in a professional but friendly manner and all matters relating to our tour were satisfactorily addressed. The real value of working with Realistic, became apparent upon arrival in Hanoi. Logistics were perfect, punctuality was absolute, tours and guides were perfect and accommodation as promised. Edna was the best, she maintained contact with us on a daily basis to make sure that everything was going well and was very attentive to even our slightest grumble,, making sure that it was corrected immediately and not repeated. I will definitely book my next vacation with Realistic and make ensure that Edna is our agent.

Recently returned from the 14 Day Best of Vietnam tour and I must say I am "6 star" impressed with Realistic Asia business and logistics process. Traveling to a country first time where you don't speak the language and the "driving habits" are exciting, nearly every block of it, I want to thank and complement the focus my agent Thang put on every aspect of my trip. From early in the pre trip process to my ride to the airport on departure day, he responded to, answered and addressed every travel detail.

We joined the 14 day Vietnam tour from north to south. Everything went smoothly, well organized, on time. Thanks to Thang who assisted us throughout the trip, always responded promptly to questions.It was nice of him to greet us in person. Overall it is all good We enjoyed it very much !

I had a lovely tour in Vietnam in September 2025, 14 incredible days full of activities, amazing sight views, nice tour guides, kind people, delicious food, and so much travelling from up north in Hanoi all the way down south in HCMC.

This was my second trip to Vietnam in 2025, I had to go back and do the places-activities i didn't have time earlier in June

This time we did rice fields treking for 2 days up north in SAPA and the views are spectacular

The only thing that some people may not like in this area would be the local people who accompany you in your treking, help you in order to sell their items. They do everything by hand, and they try to make a living, but some people don't like to be chased during their incredible treking...so I would suggest if that is the case to mention it to your guide.

The food and the prices are cheap, people are kind and always aim to help, scooter experience is worth doing.

I used this company twice for my trips and I would recomend it anytime
I had everything organised by Long and was incredible, everything runs smooth, well organised, keeps you well informed, helps you with advise or organises with other guide things you may decide doing, I wouldn't find any fault in organisational proces, I loved it.

I had an amazing 9-day trip to Thailand! It was super helpful to have someone coordinate things and manage the language barrier. Phoebe provided near constant communication via WhatsApp and made sure I was safe as a solo female traveler. I highly recommend!

My first trip to Vietnam turned out to be even more incredible than I imagined. After comparing several companies, I booked through TourRadar (operated by Realistic Asia) because of their detailed itineraries—and I’m so glad I did.

We explored Vietnam/Cambodia/Thailand over a 20 day period. The trip was booked with Secret Escapes and supported totally by Realistic Asia. the support we received from the local representative was amazing. Excellent communication through every element. Even when trips were cancelled due to weather we were offered alternatives at very short notice. I highly recommend this trip, I have never received support at this level on any previous journey.

When I did my inquiry I was assigned to Anna. She did a proposal for my Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam tour. She explained that Cambodia and Laos will be a private tour. I was reluctant but she assure me that Laos and Cambodia are safe. Since then she is constantly in contact offering assistance an any concerns I have. Every morning Anna will check with reminders to eat well, what time is driver pick up. At night Anna will check if how did the tour go and reminder what are the activities for the next day. I feel safe and worry free because of Anna’s daily communication. The best part is my guide reminded the cook to have my meal temperature hot as I dislike lukewarm food. The tours went well and pack with activities. We finally met in Hanoi. This bubbly lady brought me cream for my bites, we ate and have dessert like locals and went shopping!!!. I have a wonderful time and tell you her English is impeccable. I would highly recommend this lady. The only downside , I was looking forward to have a back ride on her motorbike but she came with a small bike. Thank you Anna. It was an awesome experience working and knowing you.

A flawless experience in Thailand. From amazing hotels and smooth transport to the exhilirating and once in a lifetime experiences of Phuket and Krabi. Genuinely surreal and so easy to feel like a local in Thailand. Great support throughout from Ivy. Everything was organised perfectly every step of the way as well as making it feel it was all just for me. Couldn’t be more grateful for making my time away from London so perfectly natural and easy. We had a great time in Vietnam. The tour was organised with everything included (transport, tours, hotels, etc.) which made it a stress free experience for us. The tours and hotels were chosen well, with knowledgeable tour guides from reputable companies and hotels in central locations. Long Pham was available on WhatsApp and quickly replied and organised any changes and answered any questions that we may have had. Highly rate this trip!

Just returned from a spontaneous 10-day Highlights of Thailand trip that I booked through Viator. Every detail of this trip was meticulously arranged, making it truly unforgettable.

We had the pleasure of having Long Dao as our tour operator, who was always available via phone and WhatsApp. Long Dao checked in with us regularly and helped us book additional activities, ensuring a seamless experience throughout our journey.

The planned tours were simply wonderful. In Bangkok, we visited the temples and the floating market with our excellent guide, Ms. Wanna. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and funny, which made the tours even more enjoyable. Ms. Wanna also took us to a fantastic restaurant, explaining each dish and providing us with an enriching culinary experience.

Our transportation was smooth, with spacious, air-conditioned, and clean vehicles driven by sensible drivers.

Initially, I had some reservations as the hotels were within a 3-star range. However, I was pleasantly surprised and quite pleased with the experience. The quality of the service and amenities exceeded my expectations, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciate the effort that went into selecting these hotels and ensuring that our needs were met.
Starting with The Four Wings Hotel at Bangkok, which offered impeccable service and an amazing breakfast selection—absolutely 10/10. Although we encountered a minor issue at the hotel, it was promptly and efficiently managed. The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that every need was met with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism truly made the experience memorable. Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed with the pool and fitness facilities.

At The White Boutique in Chiang Mai, the breakfast was quite basic, and the pool facilities were a bit of a disappointment. However, the staff were friendly, helpful, and brilliant overall. The room was spacious and clean. Long Dao and the team at the Chiang Mai hotel even arranged a lovely surprise for my sister's birthday, complete with decorations and a delicious cake with her name on it—a heartwarming gesture that we deeply appreciated.

Our final stay at Kata Palm was fantastic, despite some construction at the entrance and a very busy atmosphere. The rooms were amazing, and we were even upgraded, which was a lovely touch. The hotel had three beautiful pools and was just a short walk from Kata Beach. Each hotel was thoughtfully chosen, allowing us to explore the neighbourhoods freely with plenty of food, shopping, massages, and easy transport options.

One aspect that could be improved is the early starts for each tour, which often left us with little or no time to enjoy breakfast. It would be great if breakfast boxes could be provided for us to enjoy later.

We made some changes to the original itinerary, and Long Dao made this process smooth and easy. Our internal flights were flawlessly organized, which helped us remain stress-free throughout the trip. Thanks again to Long Dao, who assisted me when VietJet broke my suitcase.

In Chiang Mai, we visited the elephant sanctuary, which was amazing albeit simpler than expected. The team at the sanctuary was fun, and the lunch provided was plentiful and super tasty. Seeing and feeding the elephants was really special and the views were also unbelievably beautiful.
Long also helped us book a nighttime kayaking trip on the Ping River, which was an incredible experience.
We also did the cycling tour in Chiang Mai with Co-Van Kessel – another great highlight. The ride leaders, Mimi and Peter, were brilliant, and the tour allowed us to see Chiang Mai from a local's perspective. We even visited a local Burmese temple and witnessed the lifestyle of the residing monks. This was also sourced by Long at very short notice 😊
Our day out at the National Park was really fun, with the jungle trek being my favourite part. The visit to the waterfalls and the coffee plantation was enjoyable, and views were breathtaking. Although the Pagodas were pretty, they didn't feel particularly special as they are fairly new. The lunch was basic and a bit rushed, but the restaurant was run by a lovely family who were kind and accommodating and we still left satisfied and bellies full .The feedback I provided to Viator about this was well-received, and I appreciated being heard.

Thanks to Long's help and resilience, we were able to see and explore so much more than we intended. We also requested Halal food and this was catered to as best as possible.

It was the first time we used Viator for a long trip. We hope to book more trips with you in the future.
