Scam Service

Made an order on the 6th of April, no update since then. I've tried to contact them multiple times through email and their customer service line, and no response from their side. It's been nearly three weeks now with zero communication or shipping information. The money was immediately taken from my account, yet they've provided nothing in return - not even an order confirmation beyond the automatic email. Their website promised 3-5 business days for processing, which has clearly been ignored. This is absolutely a scam operation. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company completely.

Came in around 8 days and the shirt is genuinely solid. It’s comfortable, the sizing was accurate, and the print feels like it’ll hold up after a few washes. Not the fastest shipping, but the quality made up for it. I’d order again if they keep things consistent.

Order delayed indefinitely

Ordered March 19, and within a few days, received an email about “delays” at the factory. Later, they projected a delivery window between April 7-14. The delivery estimate is now gone from the tracking info, and the status is still in “quality check.” It appears my experience is not unique. Avoid this company.

I place an order with them for a T-Shirt on the 18th of March yet to be despatched. I cant understand how this company is allowed to keep doing business. Customer service is very responsive via email saying there are delays and you will receive your order soon.
Don't order from them please or you will lose your momey.

I ordered in February and my order is still not arrived. I have been non stop emailing back and forwards. They just say there busy and will send soon and general how long. Beating around the bush with lies. I fell for it. Probably won’t see my order at all. I have been looking forward to this order

Good Expirence

Although there were some shipping delays, the overall experience was positive. Their customer support team was responsive and efficient, and the quality of their products exceeded expectations—the shirts are not only well-made but also incredibly comfortable.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE ! Avoid at all cost !!!
Order never shipped. waiting for 2 months now. Just getting answered several times that delays are happening and that the order should arrive in the next few days. Total BS and excuse but never actually sending the product.

Don't order, you will never see the products in you hands.

Just a hot mess.

Placed my order a MONTH ago. Still has not even shipped. Keep getting the run around from "customer service" - "oh yeah I'll check and give you an update!" LMAO they never do. About to do a card chargeback / dispute with my bank.

Don’t bother.

My parcel arrived more than a month after it was meant to have been processed for shipping. Their tracking and delivery updates are completely misleading as one is based of their website and the other (the actual delivery service) is the correct one.

Customer service do not respond and only after emailing 6 times did my order actually get processed. I was told via email “your order has been processed and is ready for shipping” and only after I actioned emails, did it actually get put in progress.

Just go to eBay or something else

Poor Experience but Good Quality

So I ordered my parcel on the 11th of Novemeber, 7-14 working days delivery.
I received an email saying they were experiencing delays about a week later telling me it will be 7-14 days from that day.
It is now the 10th December and I am still no closer to understanding where my parcel is.

I have emailed customer support to which they told me they have had delays and my item was amazingly in the next batch to be sent out...

Yesterday I then had £40 removed from my account, I did not authorize this payment. I recieved an email this morning telling me I had bought their rewards scheme.
Checked their website and noticed I could log in, but hadn't made an account with them... Managed to log in anyway, went to my orders... No registered orders to this account, nor a way to cancel this monthy £40 charge to my card.

Product has just arrived and its very good quality.

What I will / can say about this company is they are very new, but probably can go far with what they do.

Their customer support is really good, they responded to any email I sent, issued a refund for the rewards club (I am still awaiting this but its not been the 7 days yet).
Clearly they are having a busy time (which was communicated via email).

Biggest thing I can knock at the minute is probably their approach / transparency
- Creating an account and auto signing me up for $50 a month without me even knowing it
- My account not having any history / recognition of purcahse so i couldnt even cancel the recurring fee myself

Will I try them again?
Probably. their quality is good, maybe this was a new company / bad experience?
