The delays are really serious. I have ordered 3 months ago, the status still showing 'Quality Check'. The customer services keep saying factory problems... Not recommend this shop for any purchase.

I ordered a Norris swirl t-shirt end of June. T-shirt arrived about 3 weeks later & to my disappointment it was not the t-shirt I ordered. The t-shirt I received only had a small print on the front left, no print on the back. I emailed customer services twice & I have had no response! I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered from them in mid-April and still haven't gotten my order by August. It's insane. They always say smth like "I'll update you once I receive your tracking number.", but they never do. 100% a scam!

Another one who has been scammed by this company. They don't send the goods and don't refund. Going through a charge back with my bank

I ordered 14 april. Today is 24 july and still nothing. I texted them online and email, no replies. I asked my friend to text them and they answered (very friendly). Thats the only positive thing but if you want something smooth, do not order from them. It was a headache the whole process. Now I will get a refund they say… lets see if it’s true?

I ordered from them about a month ago, i initially had trouble with the order going through but they responded to my emails quickly and were happy to help. I eventually managed to order the shirt, it took a little while to come as i’m in the UK but the tracking system (shop) was helpful and frequently updated.

One thing i’d want changed would be their transparency about their subscription service - it was automatically added on my first order and i wasn’t aware that it had actually started, i presumed i would have to choose to activate it however a month later they took £50 from me and i was unable to open the link to cancel. I emailed them straight away and they got back to me the next day and were very helpful again and cancelled the subscription as well as refunding me the money.

I wish there was a rating below 1 star. They never delivered the order. They kept making fake promises to deliver and to send me the tracking number. I’m very disappointed. If you’re not up to the task, don’t sell. And don’t create a business built on fake promises

It’s been two months and I still don’t have the jacket I ordered

I never received my order
I got two different delivery dates (of alleged package delivery). My package was never delivered. I’ve contacted the company multiple times, and they don’t respond. They have my money, and my product. They have also deleted my Instagram comments.

Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order in May 2025, and as of today, I have never received the items. Despite multiple polite follow-ups, I received no meaningful response or resolution from the company.

The website remains active and continues to accept orders, but there is no delivery, no refund, and no accountability from customer service.

This behavior is unacceptable for any business operating internationally. It reflects dishonest and misleading practices.

I strongly advise others to avoid this site if you expect a reliable and transparent shopping experience.

I placed an order with Reality Racing on April 29, 2025 (Order #R331107), and from the beginning, the shipping was delayed. It’s now been over 75 days, and I have received no updates, no tracking, and no delivery.

The items I ordered were supposed to be used for a specific event, which has already passed — making the purchase completely useless. I’ve tried reaching out and have gotten no real support or solution.

At this point, I no longer want the products and have requested a full refund, but still haven’t received it. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered shirts via their website on 21 April. I reached out a month later and was told that they were facing some delays and not to worry but my order would be on its way soon. In mid-June I reached out again and they said they would work with their warehouse team to make sure my order gets fulfilled ASAP. I was then told the same thing in the beginning of July. I requested a refund, and was offered 50% off my order so that they didn’t have to maintain the stock once it was shipped from the manufacturer. I declined and went ahead with the refund.

EDIT (July 19): I did finally receive my full refund.

Order made early May, nothing happened but just bunch of emails saying that the order is about to processed and other lies. etc. Luckily I got refunded from Monzo.

I was deducted the amount of the jacket I bought (66.57€) and I didn't receive it. I was informed that the money would be refunded as the order had been cancelled by the store. Instead of refunding me the money, they deducted even more as direct debit (60.66€). I had to block the payments to the store on my bank because I was afraid I'd be deducted even further. I don't have my jacket and I was deducted 127.23€ for it and never repaid.

Do not order from them! Ordered a t-shirt that never came, kept replying to my emails saying it was delayed etc but with no ETA. Months later I see they try to debit my card out of nowhere (£52) for a second time, for more money that I originally paid for a t-shirt that never arrived. Luckily my bank caught it and I got them to get my money back for the actual purchase. Absolute joke, be careful about your banking details with this company!

DO NOT PURCHASE!! I ordered some shirts a couple months ago and it kept getting “delayed.” I finally asked to cancel my order and now they won’t respond or acknowledge me. They stole my money

I placed my order in the first week of April, and as of June 11, 2025, I have neither received the product nor a refund, despite repeatedly requesting the cancellation of my order.

I bought a t-shirt like a month ago. I paid 38$ and received it in a month but few days ago the site was trying to charge me again 69$. Which means that my bank information was leaked. I reached out to the support but nobody gives me an answer. I feel like it's a fraud system because they are trying to get big money from my account.
