The delivery is always prompt and arrives without issue. The seed is delivered without charge. My garden birds love the seed and it's devoured almost before I've finished putting it out! Buying bird food online can be a bit of a lottery, but I can recommend this company. Easy to order, good quality food and good communication both from them and the delivery company they use.
I bought the Christmas crumble mix and it was enjoyed by several species of birds including blackbirds and robins :)

Products are very good and the birds enjoy all I have ordered, the delivery service is anything like 4 stars, last order was dropped over the gate- I was home and waiting for the delivery-the box was bashed, luckily nothing inside damaged. I did complain to the delivery company but the response was less than caring.

First class products and excellent prompt service. Honestly can’t fault them. The seed mixes and suet products are of a much higher quality to those on offer at supermarkets and other chain outlets.

I have bought garden bird seed and fat balls from this company for years. The products are excellent quality and customer service is great. The birds sit waiting for me to refill the feeders so it must be good stuff!

My experience of Really Wild Birdfood over several years has always been excellent. The birdfood is of great quality, at least the birds gobble it up quickly! Delivery is now free next day if ordered before 13.30 and always arrives in the stated time slot. Altogether excellent service!

Food quality: excellent, my birds, a dozen species, thrive on the sunflower chips, suet products and calci worms.
Service: never less than perfect, with the added bonus of free delivery for seed included orders.
Delivery: prompt, and well informed re courier arrival times, from a company which has never let me down; more than I can say for ones which don't turn up or dump your order four streets away. Always the same polite and helpful chap who lugs my orders up the stairs to my 1st floor flat.

I found this company when searching for 'tidy garden' type bird food as my mother had complained about unwanted seeds of all sorts sprouting throughout her lawn and flower beds. This was about 5 years ago and I have never looked back. The food is a little more expensive than what is available in shops but the quality is so much better. I order a large sack several times a year and the birds devour everything that is put out. They have become greedy and they wait, lined up on the roof of our house, for me to fill the feeders. Delivery is by reputable courier and the service is A1. Very happy customer here.

I love this company! The products they sell are excellent and I have never had a problem. A lot of the ingredients for their bird seed mixes are grown on their own farm, which can be very challenging with the British climate being what it is! I love receiving emails from them with informative view of their farm telling us what has been going on, again influenced by the challenging weather! I feel I know them although I have never met, and I live more than 150 miles away.
