Great experience
Great experience, this was the first time I had organised a printing service and the staff at Real were very helpful providing me with guidance and then also support on the document I sent through to make sure it was the best it could be. I really liked the pricing calculator on their website and the deadline dates to which you need to get your work in.

Hi Caroline,
We wouldn't have expected you to have received your sample pack by now. You placed your order after the close of play on Wednesday 18th and it was collected by Royal Mail the following day (e.g. in the next post). From then Royal mail have between 3-6 working days to deliver it. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, Royal Mail are still doing a sterling job, despite being under a slight strain which I'm sure you can understand. Nonetheless, I would expect you to receive your sample pack in the post over the next few days.
