They wont pay if you win
Realprize is a lame casino. Don't even waste your money i won after depositing money i won a jackpot and they dont wanna pay it out try bringing up an old account or whatever never had no other account only logged in through facebook and these people suspended my account wont pay me my $6,400 winnings and im getting an attorney and suing them. Don't put any money on their site. They will rip you off if you do win and make up every excuse not to pay out. Not a good casino site to play on. Thought everyone should be aware of this. They dont pay out. Then suspend your account like its nothing. Lamest casino ive ever been on.

Very evasive about redemption time and status of your redemption. Tell you the same thing over and over and drag out the prize payout. They should not accept payment for packages until you are verified to receive redemptions.

Redemption Request Day 16
I completed KYC in Dec. 2025. I've also have withdrawn from my account in the past. On March 15 I submitted a withdrawl request and as of March 31st it has not processed. The response from support is that it's processing and being verified. No timeline given, I was advised refer to faq and terms and coditions. At this point what is being verified for sixteen days. Sad part is that it's for $102. Why keep playing or using the site when you can't have multiple withdrawl request? Yet they send promotional emails. Why go through KYC only to have your request pending and reviewed for weeks.
Update April 4 still waiting and yes I sent another email to support.

Their redemption process is awful
Their redemption process is awful. I cashed out on 3/26 and as of today still have not received my money. I have been fully verified so i dont understand what the hold up is. When you email them they give you the same robotic email and they tell you to refer to their Terms and Conditions and nothing in the Terms and Conditions say anything about the redemption process so quit telling people to refer to it. I have played at other casinos and never have a problem i receive my winnings within a day. People wont play at casinos that wont pay out in a reasonable time.

I've played on this casino every day for 2 years..and I've only cashed out twice..also, I'm pretty tired of hearing about "random number generators" which ensure fair play, when I've seen with my own eyes just how unfair it can be..if you're even lucky enough to win something substantial, your odds plummet. There's no debating it. We've ALL seen this. So my question is, how's that random? The answer is, it isn't. 16+ Days Now Without Payout
Requested a payout on 3/13/26. It's not 3/31/26 with no approval or payout. Customer service has just sent generic emails "understanding my frustration". You can fix my frustration by paying out. I'm verified. **Edit to reply to Realprize:** I have contacted support, TWICE and I've been told nothing of substance as to why the payout is taking so long. Many other people are complaining about the same issue.

200 Grand Jackpot Winner
I won a grand jackpot for 200k. I got my first 10k payment today. I can’t believe I won, but I do play a lot. Only down side is having to wait every two or three days for a $10,000 payment but it’s better than nothing. I’m buying a house with it this week. Thanks to RealPrize. I've been registered with real prize Casino for 5 years as a loyal player I dumped a lot of money into this establishment. I went to redeem for the first time $100 gave them a copy of my mortgage payment for God's sake which is proof of residence enough for anybody! My ID anything they needed and they still failed me over $100 redemption so don't waste your time dump the money in his place unless you get verified first because they are nothing mouth full of excuses when you go to redeem but they have no problem taking your money in a matter of seconds! Very disappointing very disappointing
