Really like the games
Really like the games. They were at out fairly reasonably I would say it’s just like going and playing at a casino. It’s all luck you win some you loss some. I just wish there redemption process was a little faster. An you didn’t have to verify your card or whatever every time. But I suppose it is to protect the players.
I recommend trying it out if you haven’t yet played I always say do your verification stuff right when you start so you are done if you win.

I am writing this review in hopes of their support team looking into my redemption request that has been pending for a month. I overall enjoy their website, bonuses and games but am extremely frustrated with the responses that have been given to me am from their support team regarding my current redemption I am waiting on. I have played every SC website there is and have never had a redemption take this long to process. The only answers their support team gives me is that the redemption is still pending and going through the process which makes no sense.

The games are great, good bonuses. Been playing since early 2024. Been verified for over a year . But the redeem part is anything but good, I’ve spent a chunk of change there but never redeemed til recently and let me tell you what. Put in for redeem on Tuesday day got email saying they recieved it and would be processing it shortly. To me shortly is a few hours not days. Friday comes its. Still processing nothing changed, no updates, I email support and ask if they have everything they need from me and a time frame the process and they reply they are working hard and to refer to the terms and conditions. And to have a good day , never answering the questions I asked, as the terms and conditions I have read as always with sweeps casinos. I know I won’t spend any more money there. On Wednesday I redeemed from crown coins got it Thursday and on Wednesday I redeemed from chumba and got it the same day. Yet a sweeps casino that’s been around for a while and not new can’t seem to manage to answer simple questions. And drag there feet as it’s Sunday, and still shows the same , ohh yea let’s email support to get nothing in response besides generic answers and told to see terms and conditions neither answer anything.

They steal from players!
I find it rather fishy that after you try to redeem your winnings, it was impossible to verify my identity. Have had zero problem with verifying my identity on any other social casino. Lesson learned. I will make no further purchases with RealPrize.
Beware! Seems very sketchy.
UPDATE: After this review, Real Prize nullified my winnings, essentially ripping me off. They aren't just sketchy. They are THIEVES!

I am very displeased with the redemption process on this site! By far the slowest and longest redemption time out of any casino online. Almost all casinos I play process redemptions with in 24hrs. This site can take two weeks. Very rediculous and I don’t recommend playing this site!

I've been waiting on a redemption since 3-16-2926. I've emailed several times and all I keep getting is a generic were working on it response.
Update, they paid it out. I will change my rating to 3 stars since it took so long and I received so many generic email responses from them.

I put in a withdrawal claim on 3/9/26. Today the claim is still not paid. Today is 3/25/26. That is 16 calender days. This claim should be paid. I inquired about the claim at the end of last week. I was told that they were proceeding to process the claim, but payment has not been made as of today. If there is something wrong or Real Prize needs clarification on some point in regard to the claim , I would gladly supply the information. Until i collect , I can only give Real Prize one star.

I submitted my redemption on Sunday evening and it's now Wednesday morning and still haven't received it I've emailed and they keep saying they're working on it it's just aggravating especially when Modo pulze chumba especially lucky land a very prompt usually you have your money the next business day even if it was my first redemption I tried a few months ago to redeem from this site the same thing I ended up playing what I should have got redeemed redemption it's only for $100 I have redeem much more on the other sites I've mentioned I don't understand most sites are instant !
