Great company to work with.

Beware of the INGA test scam! My husband and I spent $500 for an INGA test for each of us. Waited about 2 months for the results only to get a bunch a geebrish DNA snips information which meant nothing to us. When we ordered it was advertised that the INGA test would give you nutrition recommendations based on your genetic results. When I called to inquire why we didn't get any recommendations for supplements or foods I was told that each of us had to PAY for a phone consultation to get this information. I found this to be very misleading and nothing short of fraudulent. Apparently I'm not the only who has complained about this and I see now that their website offers the test for $299 which includes the phone consult! So here we are, having spent $500 and we have NOTHING, zero, unless we cough up more money to get information that may finally be of value.

When I ask a question, the response was rather condescending. Obviously Paul thinks that everyone shares his knowledge and doesn't understand the struggle of trying to figure a solution to healing a very sick daughter with limited funds. Just trying to do the best I can. Sorry that Paul has to deal with incompetent people that are doing their best to decipher things. I am finding that all you "professionals" that charge a lot money are still not able to help my daughter.

Got my kit quickly, easy instructions, fast result time. Didn’t understand the result report but doctor was able to explain it well

Very costly, but good to know that I still harbor mold, son is ok and now testing daughter.
I really should have had the test years sooner.

I’m thrilled with this lab. I paid the $50 for a consultation with Dr. Hooper after I received my results and found him to be very kind, relatable and of course knowledgeable. Another time I spoke with Paul about testing my house and he too was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve watched their videos on YouTube and found that as I learn more, I become less fearful of my results.

Dr. Hooper, Vickie and Paul have all been very helpful in educating us about their tests and how they are benefit to our client. We look forward to continuing our relationship with real time laboratories because of the services that they provide and their professionalism :)

The price for Canadians costumers is the same as American costumers but does not include the return specimen fees, which it does for American costumers. Maybe think about lowering the price then ? Aside that I found the costumer service very helpful when needed and I got my results 4 days after they have received my specimen.

No better testing in the US for mold toxins

It was expensive and the follow up call to explain the test results was not informative and also cost extra. Even when my doctor called he was told the would have to pay extra for the interpretation of the results.

RealTime labs provided me with test results that finally gave me important answers to the health problems I was dealing with. Excellent service and customer support. They are industry leaders in mycotoxin testing.
