I did order a beautiful dress and they sent me the wrong dress, an ugly dress, I was very disappointed because I was waiting almost a month for it.
I don't recommend this site at all, it is not true the picture the you see, I don't know why I don't look at the reviews before buying!

I made an order for £60 might aswell of just put money in the bin.
Such bad quality and look nothing like the advertised picture.
This company should be banned an absolute con!!!! Read sooo many bad reviews!!! Worst purchase ever. Item only fit for the bin!! Too expensive to return to CHINA!!!!

I ordered 2 maxi dresses in size XL. One fit as it should, but the other is about 2 sizes too small, even though the packaging says it's an XL. But the worst part is that their website makes it impossible to do an exchange or get a refund. I will NEVER order from this site again.

The response to the inquiry is slow.I wanted to return it because it was a defective product, but I got an email from realyiyi,telling me to refund a little money and keep it.I paid for something I couldn't wear outside.

The reason is that the orange clothes are sewn with white thread.My pocket is out.The sewing is distorted, so the clothes are distorted.I was made to buy trash.

It's the worst company ever.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. Their website claims they give refunds but they DO NOT.
Fabric is cheap and sizes are not true to size.

please do not order anything from this company.I should have read the reviews first and agree that the quality is awful and nothing like the pictures.After reading the reviews i wont bother trying to return the dress ill give to charity or use as cleaning cloth !!

If I could put a negative number I would-totally non-responsive-unable to get instructions for return and refund (they sent wrong size). Don’t bother!

terrible company to order from. I had ordered 6 items, after 6 weeks I received only 4. Then after 6 emails and another 4 weeks I received the 2 missing items.
I had ordered a shirt with description "Elegant, black satin top" I have received a "blue casual top" with an inferior quality (according to their own shipping slip). After 4 emails, Realyiyi customer services is insisting that I keep the blue top, and they are not acknowledging my request either send me the black top that I had ordered or refund my money. All the 6 items very cheap and low quality, not resembling to the pictures, in another word JUNKS.

how am i meant to return item and recieve a refund for an item not fitting. i am at my whits end with trying.

First time reporting on a company but I have to do it. DO NOT buy product from this joke of a company. Lousy material, ridiculous sizing. Return policy is they offer you a credit to buy more! Then it goes to you sending the package back prepaid to China. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK

Found this company on Pinterest. What a scam. As other reviewers report, you do not receive what you ordered. Returns must be made to an address in China or they will offer you a 1/3 discount to keep the merchandise The clothing is made of the cheapest fabric imaginable. I wouldn’t donate it to Salvation Army. Read reviews before you buy!

I ordered a dress that looked lovely in the photo, a sort of crumpled flimsy linen look with an oil painting splotches pattern on the chest.
What arrived was a strange stiff nylon basic shift dress with what looks like a photo of the nice dress printed on it.
I recommend you apply through PayPal for a refund, this worked for me.

It’s very seldom that I write negative reviews..I ordered a coat from this company and I received the complete opposite of what I ordered.. not to mention it arrived about a month later…Then Francis had the audacity to offer me a USD19 towards my next purchase..,on that note I will not be ordering again I don’t recommend…

The clothes I received from this company were a complete joke...I recieved something that was supposed to be a long coat, but thete was no liner, no pockets, & the material was so lightweight you could have used it to make a dress. Jacket I recieved was the same way. Pretend clothes. They make fake clothes, show pics of them that don't show any of the flaws...how can a longcoat keep you warm with no pockets & no liner? I swore I was never going to order off a site I saw on FB again but when I originally started my order the company had one name & said it was based in U.K. , but by the time my payment went through, it was to a company named something different & you could tell these clothes were made in China when I got them. What a scam! & FB should not be a part of this!

So I wanted to give this company 0 stars but it would not aloud me to. I hope everyone who is reading this think before buying anything from the company. I have send several emails about my return and for 3 months have gotten nothing but the run a round. There is no address to send the crap back to. I have reported them to the bbb. I wish that others will do the same to drive this company out of business. I have never come across such evil deceitful people in my life. One day you will get back what you don’t give.

Zero zero zero! So angry! I wish I had read these before. Ordered a jacket it was a joke how terrible and ugly so o reached out for a refund. The coat was $60 they offered for me to keep it for $12! Nope. But now I wish I had.
I bought it in October of 2021 it’s now January 2022 and not only have I paid for shipping to China out of pocket but I’ve sent over 30 emails with no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service and quality of items received are literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. I tried to dispute with credit card company but technically I did “receive” the items so I lost the claim. Expensive lesson learned. $150 worth of fabric going into the garbage.

No tracking capability and contacting them is impossible because the site is so scamming. You can’t perform any of the options. You can’t even contact them in this world of cyber space! Really! I realize I made a bad choice because they offer no full 360 view of the item. I can’t inquire about arrival, payment verification, or cancellation request. Once you complete your transaction there’s nothing else you can do. You just wait and HOPE that your order is not as disastrous as the thoughts in your mind, now that you know this is a FAKE PHOTO-SHOPPED WEBSITE.
Please, don’t waste your time or money.

Do NOT waste your time on this company. The clothes are subpar and low quality. The customer service is worse. They sent wrong clothes and different sizes than what I ordered -- I checked. Then I couldn't get my money back on a return 10 days later because they said I sent the clothes to the wrong address and I'd have to get the clothes back and then forward them again. They already had the clothes! Horrible experience and would never recommend. The white blouse was paper thin like tissue paper and see through as well. I ordered a red jumpsuit for the holidays and they sent a white with black swirls. I'm out $150!
