I just got my order after chasing this company for two months. What I got was the worst dress I have ever seen since I have been shopping online. I was so upset that I wish I could speak to someone in the company. They are faceless so makes it worst. My dress was a joke to say the least!

The quality of their products are terrible. Customer service lacks. Took three emails asking to return items for full refund. Finally, on the third email I was given a shipping address to China and would have to pay my own postage. I would not recommend buying anything from this company nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

PLEASE DO NOT buy from these scammers. They will ALWAYS send you the wrong order. Will NEVER respond to emails for help/refund. Ypu can not get hold of them. Obvious scammers. I only wish i had read the reviews beforehand. I don't know who to report them to. I hope any potential buyers read this. It would be great if they were caught and shut down for good

Do not order from Realyiyi unless you are 100% certain that you will not need to return item for refund. The blouse I purchased did not in any way resemble the photo on their website. When I made a request for return instructions and refund of the purchase price of $30, I received a reply where they wanted to have me keep the blouse and give me an $18 voucher for future purchase, which I declined. Then they offered a $12 refund and I keep the blouse, which I ultimately accepted. The only other option was for me to pay to return the item to China and hope they received it. The website outlines the process for refund, but don't fall for it!

Was happy with my first order, was delivered exactly 10 days after the order was placed. The items were made to fit. Correct measurements, the quality of goods was excellent. No complaint with this purchase. Just waiting to see what happens to my next purchase.

Just received my jeans watt a joke!! Rip off material not even denim disgusting outrageous £28 down the drain what a disgusting company never again!!!

Once it was good but not anymore, so please avoid unless you are okay to wait over 3 months.
Earlier we got dresses shipped and delivered in 2 weeks and quality was as expected. But no more...
Ordered over 2 months ago a dress with Expedite (10 day) shipping. First it took over 1mo until it was shipped (they started sewing it?). One month gone and tracking shows that package is still moving in China. So not even left the country in one month... So no reason to pay "expedited shipping".
Customer service is not able to communicate but replies same "we are sorry, use teacking..." even we are tracking daily. No option to escalate to manager as they don't read (or understand) your message.
Finally... when the product came, it was completely different product what was ordered! Wrong type, wrong color, wrong size... Only thing what was "right" was same printed text as on original picture :D
Customer service promised to pay "dress" (not the posting fee to any direction) when they receive it. But posting it back cost almost double the price of "dress". And then all the work with customs and tax returns...
I hope that credit card companies would stop payments to them.
Becuse posting took so long time so now credit card company can not cancel the payment anymore.

Took about one month to receive (shipped from China). Received totally different item. If you want to refund or exchange, then you have to pay the shipping for return, even if its their fault. I think its a scam.

I ordered 4 garments and received 4 completely different ones. Styles and color were different with a slight resemblance on one of them but still very different. I feel like I've been scammed. The quality was VERY poor as well. I sent an email to Realyiyi asking for a refund. Meanwhile, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will send the garments back only if there is no shipping cost to me. I just wish I could rate my experience as a zero stars instead of one. Very disappointing!

Late shipments, non existent customer service, product doesn’t match the photos, most items were shipped in the wrong colors, stay away from this scam

The material is inferior, the pictures are utterly deceiving (photoshopped?), their "customer service" are a bunch of crooks and their return policy makes you pay a fortune, 4 x the value of the content. Learned my lesson: don't buy from these Chinese companies!

If there is a -ve star I would rate them -5 stars at best. Worst I have ever bought in my life and a disappointing terrible experience; despite what their photos show the products I bought (yes sadly a number of items) were cheap in material, no where close to the photos , hardly close to the style and cut and 2 items were different colors from what I ordered. In addition there was no one to get in touch with to complain about the 2 months late delivery or to complain about the extremely disappointing items. They are robbers , my advise to everyone don’t ever buy anything from this co. They are no where close to being professional or to what they are promoting about their items.

The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the picture..and I think I could have done a better sewing job and I don't even sew..please don't ordered from this company..

They have about 3 companies with different names, but the same clothing. They come from China. The clothing doesn’t look nothing like the picture. You can’t return anything, they will try to give you $19 back when you paid three times that. Sizes are crazy! Not American sizes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING, THEY OFFERED ME $20 FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE ON A $75.00 ORDER, I DECLINED AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COST MYSELF TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK (IT WOULD HAVE COST ME OVER $100.00 TO DO SO. I donated the items instead and learned a lesson - read the reviews on any site you are thinking about purchasing from.

I stupidly ordered a coat from here after seeing what looked like a heavy-weight embroidered winter coat online. It said it accepted returns so I ordered two sizes. After ordering I googled the company and realised they had bad reviews. Why I didn't do this before ordering I don't know!

I immediately emailed to ask for my order to be cancelled but got a reply saying it was too late as it had been dispatched (unlikely).

So the items arrived and they bore no resemblance to the image I'd seen at all. Instead of an embroidered coat it was cheap, printed fabric with washed out colours and no shape at all. Hideous.

It took me three days to get the address to return these items and then I discovered returns had to go to China. I've just sent them tracked and it has cost me £25 to return (the original order was £50) so I'll be £25.00 out of pocket.

Basically the moral of this story is, if it seems too good to be true it probably is 😟.

Yes I prefer to give 0 because $80.52 paid for the products and no no updates no products and trying to contact them but message not going through making it very inconvenient and no response what happened to my money and product ????

Nobody responds to my emails about returning items. they sent 2 items that aren't even the ones I selected. They make their clothes look wonderful, but in reality they are cheaply made.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. My order was nothing like as info given. I have tried 3 times to fill out the on line returns form but it just will not go.
