I ordered dress and what she received is terrible ... a dress of a different model, a different color and a very very bad quality ... this is a real fraud. We have complained 3 times and they have not given us any solution. It is a FRAUD...!!
I do not recommend it...!!!!

Stay well away from this company. I ordered a dress which never arrived. The money was taken from my account immediately after I ordered. They stated the dress had been delivered which IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT. I have asked for my money back which they have refused and offered me a voucher with 80%off my next order. I'm hardly going to send them more money. What a scam!!

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with companies like this! Pinterest is loaded with them. I hope that people will not be duped and read reviews before ordering.

My money was taken out right away and it has been 2 months, I have not received anything. It is very difficult to contact customer service, web site doesn’t work.

Never buy from this company. Poor quality polyester products. They send me a dress which I had ordered, look totally different and did not send me other item which was shirt. I did email them to cancel order, but surprise surprise that send me other shirt which I didn't ordered. I giving up, never again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to chase them up several times before they replied and when my coat finally arrived it was the wrong one and yet I am expected to have to pay to send it back to an address written in Chinese. Awful material too.

Ordered a top. When received the item I was very disappointed with the awful quality of the material and also the style was not the same as shown in the picture. Sent many emails asking for a refund and a return address but only one reply asking for a return reason. No other information given. Would not advise anybody to buy from these people, their customer service is abysmal as is the quality of their goods. Worst ever and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them.

My facts...
1. Ordered 3 dresses October.
2. Money taken out immediately.
3. Dresses arrived quickly but looked nothing like photos advertising them. Polyester rubbish.
4. Wrote 4 emails to finally get return address, threatening to contact Fair Trading in Australia.
5. Posted dresses back to given address in China at my cost with tracking number last November.
6. Dresses arrived in China.
7. Today GOT DRESSES BACK DUE TO "OVERDUE CUSTOMS DECLARATION"(reason on postage bag)!!!!😱😱😱😱😱😱
8. $147 AUS out of pocket!!!
9. STAY RIGHT AWAY FROM REALYIYI!!!!!
10. Going cheap......3 crappy polyester ill-fitting dresses...

Online clothing. There is a lot of deception here. The photos put up on line are far superior to the actual articles. I ordered a ‘wool’ coat. A floral print wool cardigan and a linen dress.
The coat is a PRINTED polyester made to appear wool. Horrendous! The cardigan is sweatshirt fabric, no print, very poor quality. No dress.
They claim to have a returns policy but you can’t actually get into it!
Do not waste your money. Don’t order from this site
