Avoid Rebalance Vintage at all cost
I placed an order for two items with a stated shipping timeline of approximately 2 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks and the order has still not shipped.
I contacted the company to cancel the order due to the delay, and they refused to provide a refund despite the items not being shipped.
At this point, I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card companies for non-delivery.
I would also like to point out that communication with their customer service has been abysmal. Completely unwilling to help or to understand their own wrong doing. It writes like AI copy slop. They usually take days to reply.
Buyers should be aware that the stated shipping timelines may not be accurate, and refunds may not be honored even when items have not shipped.
This experience has raised serious concerns about their fulfillment and customer service practices.
I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing from Rebalance Vintage to avoid at all cost.
