Just switched my connection over to Rebel and I can only say good things.
The process has only took a bit more then a week (I was already connected with Openreach) since I requested the change and they took care of informing the previous broadband company.
The router arrived in 2 days and it only took me 2 minutes to take off the old one and connect theirs on my switch date.
All communication with the support team via email have been quickly replied with courtesy.
Line speed is as advertised and I can have peace of mind that the price will stay the same for the whole duration of my contract.

Do you really want to know ? Okay, you sold me 933mb fibre optic without knowing you CAN'T provide it. The guy came to install it and discovered the ENTIRE estate is Airband. How did you not know this. You made me use an app that doesn't work on my phone. The extender cube doesn't work without it. Now I'm paying £40/month for 30mb service as the technician had to connect the land telephone line up.
I've resisted answering your customer review emails as after complaining to your Customer service and ZERO, ZIPPO, NADA, NILCH happening. So now you have it. I wouldn't recommend you to an enemy.
Sincerely, Jim F

I had some issues with getting my copper line connection up and running when I moved into my house.
I chose Rebel based on other reviews mentioning how good the support was.
I'm glad I did!
The support and communication from Dhivya has been excellent throughout.
Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful!
I've got the best possible speed for my location now thanks to their efforts.
Well worth the extra cost over the other generic providers.

Very very rarely have issues but when we have, Rebel has responded insanely quickly and fixed it in no time at all.
Last internet issue wasn't with rebel but an openreach fault, but Dhivya from the Rebel team logged a fault with them and had it fixed in no time.
In general is also just great internet quality. They're slightly pricier than other services but it is so worth it. Couldn't recommend more.

I had some trouble getting online on my start date but the guys at Rebel, especially Toby, stuck with it and got it sorted even though the fault was not their own.
Thanks guys. Happy customer.

A small hiccup with the initial registration was attended to by customer service efficiently and promptly. Then installation and set-up all went really smoothly. Dhivya
reinstores your faith in customer service - excellent. I'm recommending to anyone that needs a new broadband provider.

So impressed so far! Signed up to a short rolling contract and there was an issue with the openreach ONT box. Justice was so helpful trying to resolve it on the phone then organising an openreach appointment within 24 hours. They came out and fixed it in 5 mins. Communication was great throughout and now it’s up and running appears to be good, fast internet! Really happy so far.

Horrible! They don’t even check before sending a product and only deliver on Friday which is highly inconvenient when the product doesn’t work and the next delivery date is weekday expecting us to be jobless waiting at home to receive the package.

I had rebel internet and it was terrible outages all the time the extenders never worked and now they are trying to take obscene amount of money from my account avoid at all cost

WIFI has been down for 24 hours and there is no way to contact them - the 'emergency text' service does not work and emails are also ignored.
When I first joined they were great - now they are not fit for purpose. Absolutely degusting service - or should I say lack of any service at all.
Am cancelling my (luckily) rolling contract.

My daughter had an online exam in mid-April which was to be sat at home on her own laptop and remotely monitored. A few days before I noticed a temporary drop in the wifi strength so was nervous the same thing might happen by bad luck during the exam. There were no more drops in wifi strength but I was still concerned so I contacted customer support. Dhivya got back to me and confirmed the signal was excellent . Being me I was still worried and asked Dhivya to keep an eye on the strength of the wifi if she had time during the exam. Dhivya said she would and this did put my mind at rest. Overall we have found the signal from the router and the pod elsewhere in the flat is excellent for normal use and particularly for when my daughter works from home using spreadsheets on two additional monitors often whilst taking part in online meetings. Thank you Dhivya and the team at Rebel.

I had a problem with the phone connection, using e-mail to contact the support team and get an answer on the same day was very quick, if you had to wait till the next day it was not good, it's much quicker to book a call.
