Never received my order. They re shipped my order three different times. Each time it was shipped under the wrong name, wrong address, wrong city, wrong state, wrong zip code, and under the wrong tracking number.
Asked for a refund with PayPal and all they did was re ship it again. It’s been over two months and still haven’t received my order or a refund. They tell me I can not get a refund until the order is returned to them . How can I return a order if I NEVER received it. The last time it was sent to Kentucky. I live in Alabama!!!!

My daughter placed an order on 8-4 and on 8-17 still hasn't received an confirmation email but they took the money off my credit card right away..

I am highly impressed with Rebels Market! They are true to their word on the products supported by them. When I had a problem with a pair of beautiful red spine heel shoes I ordered through Fashion Sprout I received immediate attention. They went above and beyond! I will continue to order from them and I highly recommend Rebels Market and their partners!

Well ...they closed my store with no warning. They approved my application a year ago and then I received an email stating that I wasn't a good fit. lol wow ok ... well I won't be shopping, selling or recommending RebelMarket to anyone. Proceed with caution.

This company has been super helpful with my orders. Considering they have many vendors, it feels like just one store. And the costumer service just shows that.

I loved this website, they were very attentive with me and has lots of different beautiful products with very good quality, which saves me work because I don't need to waste a lot of time seeking for different brands on other websites. Although, there are some products that could have a better, because I saw them cheaper on the competitive ones.

Total Rip-Off!
This place sucks. My daughter ordered a coat for prom and got no confirmation and no response after repeated attempts to get an estimated delivery date. They never answer the phone and do not return messages. She had to scramble to find something else at the last minute.

Rebelsmarket.com has the most comprehensive collection of alternative clothing from all around the world. Every order I have made (over 10) have been of excellent quality and the seller’s usually list a comprehensive size guide and quick communication.

This is the only store I come to for high quality goth/punk clothing - and you should too!

I ordered a blazer on the 24th of March... no confirmation of the purchase other than paypal now it's April.. contacted them to see about a time frame.. no answer or email..I feel ripped off...I need to start taking photos for an upcoming show...now I have to buy another blazer to get some photos taken...not good

I have received my purchase quickly, and everything was to my liking. Their stull if different, great for someone like me. AAA+++++++

They ran a contest online, I was the first with the correct answer, and now they're ignoring me. It was for $1k USD, 2 plane tickets to Vegas, and free tickets to any concert. From what it looks like online, this company is a scam. I'd just like for someone to at least tell me straight up that I'm not getting anything!

Offer a way to communicate, but it's just a text option. They never answer. Also, as a first time customer, they offer you 10% off, so I loaded up a cart to buy a lot on my first order to get the 10% off. Problem is, the 10% is off only one item!!! False advertising. And, of course I didn't realize this until after the first cart was complete. Now trying to figure out how to cancel it. This 2017 ... figure out how to make your e-store work right or get out of the business.

The service after the sale has been incredibly positive. I have had the most welcome support from BELLE in customer service. I trust Rebels Market.
