the doll was not at all what I ordered

I bought a doll, but what I got didn't fit the description at all. Then they said they would refund me if I would send it back, but I would have to pay for postage, And then here comes the point where I say: deception! I would have to send it to China, not Germany. And then postage would cost more than what I paid for the doll!!!
In the end they said they were willing to refund me 35% of the price. I thought: that's better than nothing, so I agreed. But I didn't even get that.
Criminals, that's what they are!!!
