I took one look and I could tell it was a scam. AND SILICONE VYNAL DOSENT EXIST. it just disgusts me that they scam

Hello everyone. Firstly, I’m so sorry to hear that all you guys have been through this too! My daughter saved up her money and we purchased a BOY FULL SILICONE for $195 (Australian Dollars). We received the doll today and my daughter was so excited to finally get her baby! We opened the box and yep it’s a girl!! With vinyl body!! And looks NOTHING like we ordered! How do these despicable scammers sleep at night??! Upsetting so many kids, it’s not right and not fair! My daughter is 9 so she took it pretty well BUT not the point, she saved for this special baby, named him, bought him baby clothes, blankets, the works! Poor thing but I can imagine if this happened to say a 4 or 5 year old, there would be so many tears and that breaks my heart too. After chatting to my daughter about what options we had next, she has decided to keep the doll and move on with it. Which I guess I was sort of ok with as I thought if I send the doll back, we may end up with no doll at all and no refund! We have learnt our lesson and will NEVER purchase or recommend these crooks to anyone!! I hope everyone got there refund or is ok and has come to terms with the doll they received. How can we shut this company down they continue to steal everyone's money

THEY STOLE MY MONEY, AND NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER!!!!!!! I have reported this fraudulent company, my order shows shipping label created over 7 weeks ago, yet no movement on the package. Every time I contact them they tell me its on the way, and GodBless you. They are crooks, DO NOT give your business to these scammers, PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE. They took over $100 of my money, shame on them. They should shutdown.

This website is a big scam and I believe they are working together with PayPal to scam people. I am 100% beleived PayPal know everything they are doing and still encouraging them to continue do business with them because they are having their percentage which is no fair for us that work so hard for our money and some lazy salves people sitting on their sofa with their stanky salves just steal our money and go free. It reall bad. I was so disappointed with paypal. This are fucky lairs people which need to be STOP from doing business.

These dolls are not what my daughters wanted. They’re not silicone, the legs weren’t even attached! The company offered me a $10 refund when I paid $260!!! Would not recommend ordering from this site. You could get the same doll at a local store for $10!!!

Does anyone recommend any REAL reborn doll sites? None with those cheap Walmart looking reborns, like actual realistic baby reborns.

Scam! I’m 9, and wanted a reborn. Ordered one. Next day, Kelli Maple (my fav youtuber), posted about THIS WEBSITE saying it’s a scam. I HATE YOU GUYS. WHY DO YOU SCAM. IF I GET IT IN BAD CONDITION IM CALLING THIS WEBSITE. thank you. Bye.

I received the order but it was NOT the baby I ordered. This baby looks like it is balding, the paint job sucks, and it took them two months longer than what they said it would for me to receive the baby. When reaching out to their customer service, they were horrible and had the same response time after time. They are not good to work with and their product is crappy! Do not waste your time or money.

I wouldn't even give one star. I see that people are posting about the name being Reborndollshop. They may have changed their name because this company is a scam. It is petedi.com. Just like the others have posted, I paid $120 for a doll that took 2 months to receive and it was the wrong doll. The doll was hard plastic and UGLY, the doll I ordered was suppise to be silicone and a cute baby. I have pictures of the order and the doll I actually received that I am posting to my Facebook so this doesn't happen again. They will not refund me until I return the doll and the cost of return is almost half of the doll cost. I told them they are to pay the return fee and they won't. I can't even find them on BBB. The doll came from petedi.com with the address of Chino, California but the return is to china. Don't waste your money. Use Ashton Drake. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews but my daughter found the doll online and wanted one so bad, I have always bought her dolls from Ashton Drake and I have never had any issues with them. Trust me people this petedi.com company or reborndollshop, whatever name they call it is a SCAM! When looked up petedi.com reviews, it pulled up these reviews and my issue matched all of the others so I know this is the same company.

Reborn Dolls is nothing but a FRAUDULENT company from China. My 9 year old granddaughter saw these silicone dolls and wanted one in the worst way for Christmas. So this grandma went out on a limb and ordered the doll she picked out. Shame on me because I should have done some research. The doll I ordered is not the doll I received. "Journey" was described as a poseable full bodied silicone baby doll with hand rooted hair. Well the doll I received isn't silicone, has a cloth body, no hair and isn't poseable. I have been emailing them for 2 months now trying to get this resolved. They have offered my compensation anywhere from $10 to $70 dollars and they are always "Sorry" for the inconvenience. What a joke. Check the website for "Returns" if it's their error they say they will issue a full refund and pay the shipping, not true. I have submitted a claim to PayPal and they will issue a full refund after the doll is returned to China. I paid $133.00 for the doll, shipping back to China via FedEx or UPS ranges anywhere from $250.00 - $198.00. My question is why do I have to ship to China when the label on the package came from California to Minnesota to Wisconsin. Next I will contact my financial institution to see if they can help. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I am a fool, I did not read the reviews for this place. My great grand daughter gave me the site and the doll she wanted. I had to TRY and contact them to get the doll before the holiday..I am embarrassed by what is sitting here in a chair. How dare them, I am sorry to all and thank you so much. Dorothy as far as you contacting this Hong Kong company, they do not care what you or anyone else says, they got our money and as my Dad would say "So Sad, To Bad"

I wish I had done my research as well. I ordered a doll for Christmas for my niece the ONE thing she wanted most and what they sent me was just like everyone else has been saying only mine did not smell but had to be put together and did not look anything like the doll I ordered. I thought it was very strange to get this doll and there was no return info on the box but now I understand completely was has happened My niece watches the little girls playing with their dolls on You-Tube and she just thought it was great. So now where do you get them from because the place I ordered from as most everyone else has is a sham....so sad :(. What is even sadder is I showed her the picture,told her it should be here sometime in January and bottom line is that it will not come.

Don't buy any Reborndollshop.com. They shipped the wrong doll, it's also a defective doll and now they want me to mail it back to China and pay for it. I ordered a full silicone doll and my granddaughter got the cloth body doll. I've been fighting for two months through email. It is a joke! These dolls are not cheap. Even the picture from the internet sight doesn't look like the doll that was shipped. If anybody knows of an American company that makes these dolls please let me know. Here's the address I'm supposed to mail the doll back to at my own expense. If I can't trust them to mail the correct doll why would I pay to return the doll and trust them to get a refund. They obviously don't have the doll that I ordered and just shipped out anything. This is one of the responses I received in an email.

This company is a SCAM how are they getting away with it?!?!? DO NOT BUY anything from these scammers. Total lies dolls look nothing like pictures on website! You get a creepy looking doll with unattached legs and it’s downright disheartening when you’re excited about the beautiful doll pictures and you get a creepy plastic thing with terrible hair and looks!

I bought a doll for $90, $111 including shipping. The doll I ordered was blonde and exquisite with rooted hair and subtle features. The doll I received had a wig and reddish lips and was unnaturally painted, plus it smelled bad. I qualified for a refund, but it cost me $74.30 to ship it to China because the company won’t receive the doll at the Chino, CA, address it ships from. I thought I could get a refund for my money from PayPal, but I found out they only refund up to $30, and you must activate “Return Shipping on Us” before you submit a request for a refund. I just found out that today. I called the FTC. You can go to ftc.gov under Other Contact Information and find there number under “Find an Office.” They can’t get you a refund for anything, but enough voices may sway them to take action.

Hey i was so scared for my 2 dolls to come but they actually came and nothing was wrong. I hate you guys had a bad experience it jus took way to long for the dolls to come. I ordered dec 21 and they jus came 01/24

Not even worth a 1 star. All the awful things you read about them is true. I too have been ripped off by this company The doll was awful came with legs not attached looked nothing like what they advertised and when you write them all they do is send lying emails back and forth. DO NOT BUY from them. Please let’s get a petition going and shut this scam company down. Let’s let Facebook and PayPal know as well to stop doing business with them. It looks like our complaints are going unanswered so let’s take it further than this company lying email mailbox. I am going to pursue every avenue I can until I shut them down. Please flood Facebook and PayPal with emails and letters about this company.

Ordered a cute newborn doll for my daughter, but a completely different doll came in the mail 3 weeks later & I immediately contacted them. For $113 (price + shipping) I was expecting to be wowed! They offered me $10 compensation to keep the doll. I explained I didn’t want the cheap hideous doll & I wanted a full refund, next email offered me $30. Said I didn’t want the doll, my daughter won’t even touch it it’s so creepy looking. Then the sent me an email stating I could return it for $70 & they’d refund me once they received the doll back & gave an address in China. There’s no contact number to speak with someone directly & the emails never seem to make sense. I contacted PayPal today & I’m doing their resolution claim. I have pictures of everything including their return policy etc. this company is definitely scamming you from the start.

They sent the wrong doll. Then offered a very small refund but never followed through. No offer to exchange for the correct doll as we asked. Poor customer service, their communication is even worse.
