I got my doll on time, but not wha I order, she’s not horrible but not a reborn.
Please don’t order from this people, was stupid of me not to review them before I order it I did it after and find out the a real reborn is s very pricey doll, if you find it under 700 hundred is not real unless you buy a used one on eBay or from someone you know, please don’t fall with this company..
My doll look like somebody is learning the process of making them.. I paid 140 dollar, a real reborn are run from 700 and 1000💔

Big scam ordered dolls on April 20th... All the tracking sites are bullcrap. And they just keep giving me the run around. It's July 6th and I'm out 200$

No customer service. They dont send u the product. Do not send refunds. Won't answer the phone. Email is fraudulent listed on receipt.

It's a SCAM. Stay away. They take your money and you'll never receive your order.

This company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE THE DOLL. I have contacted them several times just to be on hold for 12 min then they just hang up on you. I ordered the doll 1 month ago and have not recieved anything. When I click on the tracking page is says page unfound. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I have been waiting for 60 days for my doll, the tracking shows it has been in United States for 12 days sitting in a warehouse. I have contacted the website for help but they only say that it’s been shipped! I called the customer service number on the website and was on hold for 12 minutes until they just hung up on me. Gonna contact the BBB

I'm mad I had to give at least one star because I would of gave 0 if I could. I ordered my daughter a doll on June 4th and almost a month later, I still haven't received it. When I called to inquire about it the first time, which was about 2 weeks ago customer service said that I would be receiving it that following week...however, still no doll. Oh did I mention that every time I looked at the email I received it says "your order has been shipped" but when I go to click on track my order it says it's not available. Then when I called back to inquire about it I just keep getting a busy signal. This is ridiculous and shows poor customer service. My daughter birthday has passed and all she kept talking about was her wanting her doll. At this point I just want a full refund and to never deal with this shaddy business again.

Anyway to get money back or am I just out the $75. Ordered April 1st and only one email response saying that it will be shipped within 1 week and offered 10% off next purchase. Now no doll and no response from them 😢

Sent for reborn doll nothing came they had the ordasity to send me an email with the page were i could see were my doll was this was on the 5th of april now 19th of june still nothing asked for refund nothing scam

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I was scammed!
The doll was picked by my granddaughter and now I’m going to have to tell her she won’t get her doll.
PLEASE, PLEASE.....read reviews before ordering.

I ordered from this site for my daughters birthday. She really wanted a reborn doll as advertised on YouTube. I paid $102 for the baby and $25 for shipping through PayPal. I waited 3 weeks and the company still had not shipped the baby doll. I sent an email and received a response the next day that the doll was just received at the warehouse and would be shipping out soon. A day or two later I received another email that the doll had shipped. It has now been two more weeks and tracking info is still not available. I decided to do a little research on the company and saw others going through the same issues. My daughter is devastated that we were scammed. This was her number 1 birthday present wish. Do NOT purchase from this company.

So many people use YouTube, and they advertise the biggest scam site. This site is for sure a scam because silicon and vinyl DO NOT mix, that’s why you keep your silicon and vinyl babies separate. HUGE SCAM also because you shouldn’t be able to choose the material, the baby should already be done! The photos are cropped to remove the watermark of the artist. Also, they should say the artist of the baby, not just a name, like reborn baby saskia BY BONNIE BROWN not just reborn baby Kara!!! Jeez, such an obvious scam. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. SITE.

Ugh I’m so mad!!!!! Where can we do a complain ??!!! This is totally scam and I’m so mad that I even believe it. FBI should interview for all of us. This company was advertised on Facebook and we trusted it. Is a Chinese company stilling from us. To much frustration. This is a crime, and needs to be investigated.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered twins for my disabled sister only one arrived in the mail. After contacting the company they told me I only had ordered one of the twins, not both. This was NOT clear when ordering. I ordered the second on April 29 2020one because my sister was set on twins. The doll has not arrived a month later... I've emailed they tell me it has been shipped and delivered it's my post office's problem. They however would not give me any of the tracking details to give my post office. They are not a real company !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! I'm working with Paypal to get my money back for the second undelivered twin. I called their phone number and its not real. They put you on hold for exactly 6 minutes and then hang up. So frustrating !!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!

SCAM!!!!!Do not purchase from this company it is a scam! Placed an order for my 8 year old almost two months ago for her bday and we have yet to receive anything!!!! Their customer service is garbage and you can never get threw when you call!!!UPDATE.... received order and it’s wrong! I ordered twin dolls only received one and the wrong doll of course!!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I really did not want to give them 1 star, it’s that bad. They sent me a doll, but the wrong doll, and it was poor quality for the money. They will act as if they are going to send you a portion of the money you paid back to you, but you will never receive it, and they will tell you that it will cost you more to return the item, this is there way of discouraging you, hoping you will forget about it. They tried to compensate by sending me poor quality outfits for the wrong babydoll sent. It has been six months since I ordered and I have yet to receive any type of money compensation. PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

I ordered a silicone doll from panikia.com through PayPal. They got my money but I never received a confirmation email and never heard from them again even after sending continuous emails. Today I tried to find the company website and of course it no longer exists. My granddaughter will be sooo disappointed for her birthday. It’s a shame that this company decided to take advantage of innocent people during these trying times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Wish I could give this diabolical company zero stars! DO NOT go anywhere near this website, it is a complete scam! I bought a doll which looked nothing like the picture advertised on the site (little did I know). It cost me over a hundred pounds and they charged me $20 to have the thing shipped too! I asked for my money back from them and all I got was a stupid excuse so I just left it there because other people have tried and got nowhere so I didn't bother wasting anymore of my time with them. I asked my bank for help and they want proof that I've sent the item back, what a joke. I gave them clear evidence it's a scam and they want me to spend more money on it! The doll is hurrendous, it's made of cheap plastic, not silicone as was promised in the description. It looks nothing like the doll I paid for, it's definitely not worth over a hundred pounds! The company know this too, why should I have to send it back!? They are criminals, cheating people out of their money by using the pictures of artists doll creations to make you think you're getting a decent doll. They should be closed down! Like someone else said here, what can we do to stop them? I wish I knew how!

They are scammers. I ordered my doll April 11 20. The next day they sent me link stating my order had been shipped however the link which shows fedex is the deliverer , basically shows that just a label has been made. I cant get through via phone. After numerous emails and them telling me my order now in the USA however they did not provide a tracking. After asking them for proof of my order being in the USA and basically telling them they are lying and fraud they stop responding to my email.. so upset because im usually on point when ordering online before purchasing. This company needs to be STOP. What can we all do to make this happen

SCAM!!! Never received my package and my daughter was waiting every single day for over 3 weeks. She FIVE!! And bought clothes and everything for this doll and it doesn’t even exist!!! I’m so angry
