I bought a doll in July, paid 104.00 for it.. Got it today, it is a cheap ugly plastic doll! My granddaughter loved the idea of these dolls, it was bought for her birthday. Horrible scam! Do NOT buy from this web site!!!

I would give it no stars! Do not order! I ordered in May and received a doll In Aug. but not at all the doll I ordered. If you want to be ripped off order from this site!!! I bought this doll for my granddaughter, she picked out the one she wanted, but the doll that came was a cheap stiff Walmart doll. These dolls are expensive- totally false advertising. Beyond upset!! If I can save one person from going through this- heed my warning!!!! I would post pictures, but there is no way to do it.

I waited from early May till August 3rd for the dolls I ordered from Reborn Dolls! The 3 I received look NOTHING like the dolls I ordered!
I actually got 2 of the same doll, dressed in the same clothes!
When I wrote to the company the woman who replied said that clothing sent is different than those pictured! I already knew to expect that from their website.
I sent pictures of the dolls I received plus the ones I ordered.
So, yes I actually got 3 dolls. Just so disappointed that they look NOTHING like the ones I had ordered & paid for.
I've been scammed twice now by "two different" companies because I was new to the "Reborn" doll craze.
The 1st company took my money & I never got anything. This company did send me dolls, but sadly, not the ones I paid for or had ordered!
The 1st doll they sent has a too small head for the cloth body!
With that said the last two dolls weren't bad, they just didn't compare to the ones I had ordered!
I wanted to get dolls that closely resembled my own 6 children as babies! Well, this certainly isn't the company to accomplish this!
I would never order from them again or recommend them because their representative didn't seem to be inclined to make things right! I do not intend to try to send them back! Buyers beware!

I had ordered two dolls on April 20, 2020 and have yet to receive them. I did call them a couple times and was told that I would receive them the following week. Still never got them so I called them a handful of times last week and kept getting disconnected. Was going to file a claim with PayPal but I have to wait 180 days. Super disappointed 🤬 And to say the least, I do not recommend this company nor will I ever order from them again.

I placed my order without looking at the reviews beforehand and when I saw the reviews I got scared and tried to cancel my order. It gave me a hard time at first and I was having a lot of problems with it and with trying to get in contact with them, but they canceled my order and refunded me 100% of what I spent. So I don’t know, maybe it’s a good thing I canceled but based off of that, it wasn’t too bad.

I had to click one star to enter review but they don't deserve it! Daylygo and Ciltice or Kisslove and Yagood Technology as it show up on bank statement are a complete scam! They have a email address but no one ever answers you back. $100 and $38.96 down the drain. UGH

LINDA TODD - This company is a SCAM! I ordered 2 of the Real Lifelike Journey Reborn Baby Dolls, 1 girl and 1 boy. I received 2 pieces of rubber that are 7" long that resembled a dogs toy. I have emailed them 9 times and they are refusing to let me return, I've asked 9 times for a return and refund the $59.98. This is their last reply this morning: How about we refund you 20% of your order amount and you keep this product? You know, it is hard to run a store now, especially small business like us. What's more, we have bear the shipping fee and the product has its cost. We hope you could understand us this time, ok? We are trying our best to improve our service and product quality Pls do not leave any negative feedback.

A complete SCAM! Do not order from reborndollsgiftshop. False advertisement. Ordered Jamani African American girl doll. When my daughter opened her birthday present it was a total disappointment. It was another boy doll with a onesie and the quality of the doll was horrible! After multiple emails with photos the company is “negotiating” a refund. Beginning with an outfit change, $10 then $20 and a 20% discount. I have never been so insulted. Save your money and DO NOT support this scam.

For those of you who like Reborn Dolls, be warned, the site listed above its a scam.
I found a Reborn Doll I wanted to purchase, this site claims that they're a reborn site. They're not!! The site is a SCAM!!

So I thought I was purchising Little Jeremy. I got ahold of this so called reborn website, they confirmed my order.
I also sent them a pic of Little Jeremy, thinking that is what they were sending me, but boy was I in for a shock when
little Jeremy arrivied, It wasnt Jerermy, it was a female doll that could be purchased at any discount store. It came
with no diaper, the only thing she had on was a one piece sweater. I emailed them to find out why I didn't get receive Little Jeremy. They said :

Could you please send us some pictures of the doll, you recevied to us, It will help us

The replacement of the wrong doll needs to be sent back to the wrong doll first. After we receive the confirmation, we will reschedule the correct doll. This will take a lot of time. Are you willing to reconsider our compensation

False advertising! Horrible customer service! Doll is less than 7 inches and states 17inches on website. Flimsy. There are holes in them. JUNK!!!

I ordered the Afro American Reborn Doll, they sent me a plastic doll with no hair no clothes it probably cost about 1.00 dollar from the dollar store I’m very angry because there is no way for me to get my money back.

This is a SCAM BIG TIME!!!!!!!
Ordered two for my girls, never received Email to confirm order, no way to track.
Nothing about these dolls are as stated, eye lashes is a little strip glued on, no pacify or bottle was with dolls, mouth does not open.
So save your money, this isn't a valid company, they are RIP OFF'S

We ordered my step daughter a doll on April 3,2020 and JUST FINALLY received a doll on July 23,2020. It was not the doll we ordered. And after many many emails with to them asking where the doll was all we were told was it was on it's way. Nobody could tell me where the doll was.
Also much like other reviews the tracking site was useless. Each time a refund was asked for there was either no response or we were told there nothing that could be done. I am glad to have received the doll finally but better customer service and communication from the company would have gone a long way in the 4 month wait we had for the doll. Not to mention that when it finally did come the packaging looked like someone had jumped up and down on it. Very disappointed.

I didnt have any issues. Everything was fine and received in a timely manner.

Do NOT buy from this site. If you receive any product it will be terrible quality. They steal images of dolls from actual artists. These people are predators of the lowest level.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter. I did not get the doll she wanted and the one I got was smashed flat, distorted mouth and loose arm. I did get a reply from them when I complained and all they said was that it was one of their dolls and they hope I understand. Oh I understand what a scam they are. I spent $99 and got junk to throw in the garbage. So sad! DO NOT BUY!!!

it took 2 months to get my doll and i did not get what i ordered i ordered a baby girl with light brown hair and got a baby boy looking doll with dark black hair but i am not going to give a terrible review because i love him the way he is.

They take your money, have a third party pick it up, they will not respond to your email, no address, no phone number, 4 months later you receive this 5$, 9 inch plastic doll, Walmart special about 6$! The one you pick out the reborn that you think you are paying that 80$ for is not what you will get, Baslike, all of them after they get so many complaints, they just change their name! Again and again! They are back up the next day scamming people!

So we all agree this site is a scam, now how do we get siteS like PayPal to recognize this as well. I currently have a claim in with PayPal about my purchase with this “company”, but because these bogus soulless scammers are “claiming” they’ve sent a replacement PayPal thinks everything is ok. They(PayPal) are just as guilty now as far as I’m concerned.

It's a scam!!!!! I ordered a doll in March and have not received ANYTHING. I made a dispute with PayPal, and the company told me to remove my dispute and they would send the doll. Still have not received ANYTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!
