These are the absolute ugliest dolls I have ever seen. They look nothing like the pictures on their site. They are hard non flexible vinyl.., they came in poly mailers in crunched boxes. The hair was falling out and an arm was broken off. I called the "customer service representative" and was informed I have to pay shipping back to China. I begged the differ and he hung up on me. Worst absolute worst purchase experience I have ever had.

I orderered the lifelike baby dolls for my Grandaughters, they arrived today 4 months later. I was disgusted with the purchase. The only saving grace is I may be able to get a refund through PayPal. I wish I could upload the pictues that I took. Supposed to be 43cm long, isn't even as big as a small banana. Furious right now!

Do not order anything from rebornshoppe.com. from China!!! I ordered 4 dolls as Christmas gifts and they are not at all like the pictures!!! I wastes $350.00 on junk dolls that were not even close to the pictures. The dolls had drawn on hair. The pictures showed real hair. The clothes did not match the pictures. It took over a month to receive the first doll and I still have not received the other dolls! Please do not waste your money!!! This is most definitely a scam!!!

Believe everything you read from the reviews. This company is horrible I will be writing the FTC and my Attorney General as well. I wish I would’ve read the comments before I ordered from these crooks.

ordered 3 realistic looking new borns...yeah right they arrived 3 months later and it's absolutely nothing like the dolls they showed in the pics, one is all plastic including clothes at least it looks a bit like a doll but not even my dog likes it! the other 2 came stark naked, they look like gremlins! went to my orders and tried to get the original pics out but they deleted it! i'm absolutely disgusted!

Received my order only to find out 2 of my 9 clothing items were correct. I contacted the company to start a return only to get a response saying that I could have 20 percent off of my next order. They asked if that would work? I said no! I paid for 7 clothing items and did not receive them. The doll is not silicone at all and doesn’t look anything like picture. I want a refund and so far no response from company. Please do not buy from this company they do not honor their product and they are not willing to fix their mistakes! There goes 463 dollars down the drain! I hope my credit card company will allow me to file a fraud claim.

Do not buy... I bought this for my daughter, it smelled horrible. It smelled toxic and I was not going to let her play with the doll. The doll's mouth was all red, the paint was dripping and it looked like she was bleeding. Her face DID NOT AT ALL look like the pictures. The "company" refused to allow me to return the doll or process a refund. I had to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges and report this false "company".

Everybody complains about this shop, i mean the dolls dont look as realistic as the pictures but that is to be expected you cant bye a 1,000$ for 100$ these dolls are well done my only complaint is the hair but if you style it it looks good and the smell goes away after about a week. i will be ordering from hear again the only outher thing is the body is very square so you will have to order a new body. but if you are just starting these are good dolls.

I ordered the Journey doll before I read the reviews. I got a sick feeling that I was about to get scammed because it was taking so long. It took about 3 months, but she came. Her legs were detached, (I assume for shipping purposes), but were easy to put on. The vinyl body was of comparable to a store bought doll. (I expected a "squishier" material.) Definitely not the $100+ doll I ordered, but she was still cute and looked like her picture, so I was grateful for that. The fact that her legs were easy to remove and replace, allowed me to be able to add weight to my "hollow" baby.

These dolls are great. If you want a nasty, cheap piece of crap to use in a satanic ritual. Or if you are looking to fulfil all your 80’s child’s play / gremlins things come to life and try to murder you in your sleep fantasies.

If you however are a normal person, who enjoys sleeping without one eye on your doll, you should probably find another seller

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Doll is 7inch piece of rubber wouldn't even give it to my dog to play with. You will not get money back

I rate this company a 0! It’s terrible. I wish USA would stop doing business with China and we just make things in our own country. This company is running a scam! It will take months for you to get your doll and the doll will look nothing like the picture. When you call Customer Care they will hang up on you. They do not answer their emails. They also have another website that I got tricked again it’s called-> Setsailstore.com

I don’t know why there are no companies in USA that sell real reborn dolls. I just don’t get why they have to come from China. I hate China!

Do Not Use this company... I wish I had read this site before ordering. It is coming from China, it has on their website to beware of Scams coming from China; which I had read, but now I know they were talking about themselves. I did not expect quality due to the price (I expected a lower quality of plastic used for their dolls); however, I did expect to get my order. I ordered two dolls as gifts. One doll came and was just as I had expected, however, the second doll did not come. They have been helpful at giving me information "as I ask for it, (no little, no less)" What has been given to me is that their carrier delivered to the U.S. but NOTHING after it has arrived. It's been 23 days now that I have waited for what they said would arrive 10-14 days. Still waiting.

Ordered a baby and they sent the wrong one. The doll is ugly, does not look real, and they wanted to resolve by giving me 10% back. No thank you. My granddaughter was expecting a cute little baby. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SITE. They deserve NO stars!!

Would zero score if possible , avatar doll arrived damaged as doll box is only put inside plastic envelope , so was completely crushed even had to pop doll head back into shape .
Then noticed they had sent wrong Avatar , contacted them , told them it was a present , but all they offer you is a partial refund of 10% . Took a couple of weeks kept refusing the 10% discount in the end had to accept 30% , as they said if I refused that I would have to pay $70 postage to return it to them .
Be warned if they send wrong order they won’t exchange it , will never buy from them again

STOP-- Do not buy into the sweet comments they post as if they give a hoot. They are laughing all the way to their bank. I have a handicapped 42-year old daughter who believes that her babies are real. This doll named Blanco was to be her Christmas. It was supposed to be 22". It was 19". It came with a .25 cent bottle and cheap pacifier. Babies mouth doesn't open. Had a dirty onesie outfit on. Doll had a different name and looked nothing like I ordered. It's arms and legs are not bendable. There appears to be a hair for every 3" on the head. It's mouth has a roll back tongue and painted that literally looks demonic. I paid $119.99 for this doll. I have had communication back and forth with them with all the same offers a language as you have. Don't bother trying to return the doll because as I was told "It won't be cheap". I took it to the Post Office this morning and was told it would cost me $83.47 to return it. You do the math. They paid $20.00 to ship it to me. If you question the charges with your Credit Card company, you will have to return the doll. Would you get your money back? I don't think so. Are you going to China? PayPal needs to be accountable for servicing these FRAUDS. Nothing on their Website say you are buying from China. Stop this company if you can. I am posting on Facebook and if BBB can do something to these people, I wish they would. THIS LESSON COST AN INNOCENT PERSON. Mad is putting it mildly. I am sure they are laughing.

I would suggest to anybody not to buy from this company! I had ordered a 22" Summer Promotion 22"Blanco babygirl doll for my daughter on 7/1/20 and recieved one today on 8/20/20 nothing like the one we ordered. Total $66.19,but would give half a refund back of $12! Not happening! Whole different one. I will not ever use this company again.

Like all the other reviews, what a rip off!! Bait and switch, if I could give a -0 i surely would! Horrible misrepresentation!! Takes months to receive, then have fun trying to contact the company! No way possible, the charge on your card/PayPal is from the shipping company. I can dispute this through PayPal, as everyone should do through their card company! What a piece of junk! Bought these for my granddaughter to have a life like baby! Supposed to be life like size, lucky if their 6 inches!! SCAM!!!

BUYER BEWARE: I was scammed by this company. I spent $37.98 on what was supposed to be a baby doll that was supposed to look and feel like a real baby. Instead I received an ugly, plastic, 6-7 inches doll that looked like it was worth 50 cents to $1.00....What a joke! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see about receiving my money back.

If I could give a zero I would I ordered this doll and received a plastic naked doll maybe 7 “ not even close plastic like in the 60’s. Returned told them I want my money back!!!
