I ordered a baby for Christmas for my granddaughter and haven’t gotten one straight answer from these conartists. First give order number then it’s on the way. They neglected to say “ on a slow bloody boat from CHINA”. I am beyond angry. Requested refund - no communication at all. Please save your money

horrific. The doll I ordered is not what came. The doll that arrived had bags under brown eyes, missing patches of brown hair and a huge forehead. And the eyes were different sizes. The doll I ordered was a blue eyed red head. I emailed the company and got offered $30. I just want what I ordered and paid for. They are fraudulent and I reported this fraud to my bank. I refuse to pay for something agreed upon and not delivered. The company now chooses to ignore me.

People don't you get scammed for this page. They don't comply with what they state on the website. They show on this web you will get it by certain date if you buy it withing the next one or two hours, it's a lie. They tells you the dolls are handcraft and coming from the US, liers. Once we received our tracking # after 4 weeks, we relized that the doll was coming from China ans that it would take more than 35 business days to get it at our front door. Also they don't care about your frustration when the package still in ''waiting for shipment'' status after 3 weeks that we placed our order for christmas. They won't attend your request vía email nor life chat because the only thing they care about is your money. They will never tell you the truth; although,they will always try to avoid your claims besides that the contact phone number they provided is fake, no one will answer you. Please don't buy in here I am a frustrated client that though they were serious and professionals...we pplaced our order since November 18th 2020 and by december 5th our doll was definitelly delivered. Now that we requested for a refund, they will not only going to pay you back the shipping (when basically was their fault not sending the doll on time), but also it will take 30 business days to get our money back¡...Not a such good deal at all¡ Don buy in this website I swear what happened to me could happened to any of you.

I paid for a silicon baby doll ($124!) and received a cloth-bodied baby doll ($89) which is NOT what my daughter has wanted for TWO years. They are stringing me along offering a $30 refund, which would make the price of the baby the exact price of a cloth-bodied one. They knew what they were doing all along! COME ON it's Christmas and little girls are going to be disappointed more than this moma is about some CRAPPY website and their P$ss-poor customer service!

The doll I received looks nothing like the doll I ordered. It looks like a chucky doll with brown hair. I have never been so disappointed in an online purchase in my life. I have emailed them my complaint and will be calling them first thing in the morning to complain more. Based on these reviews I am not hopeful but will be persistent to receive a full refund as this doll is crap and not worthy of my child’s attention.

Looks nothing like the picture, they do not offer refunds so your better off going with another company. I'll probably just gift this to some child in need, I think my granddaughter has better looking babies already.

I usually look at reviews before ordering from sites I haven’t heard of, this time I am a little upset at myself I didn’t. I started looking at reviews a few days ago when the doll was on the way and I see what everyone is talking about. The doll I received was cute. However it was nothing like the picture. It’s not a true reborn doll, on the site it said that it takes a while for them to make it but the doll was shipped the next day. The hair didn’t look real like it looked in the picture. Overall, you will not get the doll you ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone that wants a reborn.

Horrible customer service. They never sent a doll. It has been 3 monthes since i ordered. They do not have a real customer service number. I have went back and forth with the same person for months now. They are a fradulant company. Do not support these scammers.

I ordered two dolls from Reborngiftshop.com, one was as expected the other was not it came with the legs detached and did not have the same order number as the one I ordered I have tried to contact this company to return the doll and receive a full refund they have only offered me a $5.00 gift and instructions on how to install the legs, I have emailed them several other times and have not recieved any further help

Yes this is a review response to my earlier review, I purchased an ugly, hard fake doll from reborn doll! I am absolutely clear, and sure that this is one of the same company that has duplicated dolls. I am an attorney, and I did my diligence before posting a review. The sad part is once you lie, and scam people you start to believe your own LIES! Or even make some customers believe they may have made an mistake, but not this one! You haven't heard the last from me and as you see I want be removing my review!
Oh post a real customer service phone number where as I can speak to a live person! Not a recording that hangs up on you! GOTTA YA!

Do not buy from this company!!! They are complete scammers. I paid $105 and received a $10 doll. The doll I received is nothing like the doll in the picture of what I ordered. The customer service is awful. They refuse to pay return shipping or provide a refund until they receive the doll. When I bought the doll the return address was an address in New York, now on the website it's an address in China and the return shipping will be very expensive. I cannot write enough about how awful this company is!

WARNING, DO NOT ORDER. I Ordered a doll for my granddaughter that was suppose to coo and have a heartbeat. It doesn't have a place for batteries. I called several times, the message says, we will be with you shortly, after about 10 minutes, it all of a sudden says goodbye. I called endless times..They will not answer. This looks like a $20.00 from Walmart. Don't waste your money.

ordered 3 dolls. one looks like it has a broken nose with bruises to nose and both eyes, the other 2 are just poor quality and NOTHING like the pictures! one was supposed to be 20inches. its only 17. Two came identical except hair color. what a complete ripoff!!!

Horrible, just horrible. I ordered four different dolls and received four dolls that are exactly the same. I tried to call the number over and over again and a recording says phone support is currently undergoing maintenance. These are suppose to be Christmas Gifts. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. How are such horrible people able to sale in the USA. I don't have much to say except my mother in law ordered me two for my birthday came 2 months later about 8 inches long and looks like dollar store dolls.As every one knows no refund no acknowledgement of wrong ful doings.Just beware.

I just ordered a doll from this site and wished I had looked at the reviews, hopefully they can give me a refund, I hate it when cheap companies steal people’s work to make money, the original people that made the dolls in the photos spend so much time and effort making them, wouldn’t Recommend

I ordered three dolls and NONE of them came looking like they were supposed to!!! Contacted customer service and they were very uncaring and told me to send an email with pictures of what I got and they would “try” to help me. Looked like $10 pieces of crap that you can get it Walmart!!!! But yet I spent almost $300 with them and got nothing but dented Cheap boxes with cheap dolls inside of them that looked terrible!!!!!!!
