My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. One showed up within reasonable time - NO HEARTBEAT. The other took almost two months to come in so I had to wrap it quickly for Christmas without checking it. Not only was it the WRONG DOLL it was HIDEOUS. I mean, the ugliest thing I've ever seen. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times asking for a refund and return and they simply keep offering me 30% off... for an ugly doll I would have never spend 10 bucks on. They are SCAM. Do NOT fall for them. I've since placed a claim with my credit card.

I could pretty much say DITTO to everyone else's review. They changed their website by adding an S: ReborndollSship.com Wrong doll, promised a refund, has two listings on the website with different prices for the same doll with no viable explanation, and now they do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS! No integrity, and thank goodness credit card companies do right but you in these situations. Total scam!

I’ll give it 4 stars and not 5 because the doll came late, after Christmas and I had ordered in November. But, for the price she’s great, very life like and what I had picked out, with a full silicone body. These dolls are hundreds of dollars elsewhere. I only paid $120. I felt like I should make this review because there’s so many bad ones, I should share my positive one! Happy customer here.

Do not buy from this place! If I could give it a 0 rating, I would. Total scam! Looks like a dollar store doll. ( Actually dollar store dolls look better)

My story is like many others. The doll I received was not what I ordered. The outfit I bought was for a girl, I ordered baby boy pajamas. I contacted customer service, included pictures, and “CORA” replied asking me to send pictures. This was the last I heard from them.

The doll does not look like the picture of the doll I supposedly purchased. The doll I received looked like a $5 doll from a discount store. I have contacted customer service, but do not expect them to honor their "100% satisfaction" guarantee based on the reviews I see here. Hopefully my credit card company can help me recoup my losses.

Complete scam. We ordered on December 8 (the website promised Christmas delivery). We kept getting conflicting shipping info. Finally I called customer service, and was hung up on after being on hold for ten minutes. I called back and spoke to an agent who was quite rude and told me that the doll was with a third party shipper and he didn't know who the company used. I asked him to find out, and he hung up on me. Then, I emailed, and got very passive-aggressive messages and no answers. At this point, we had read all the bad reviews and decided to cut to the chase. We got our credit card company to reverse the charges. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a doll and have not received it yet, tried to call customer service and they have you on hold for 6 minutes then the phone call drops. There's no tracking number, and the information for the tracking number has not been updated since December 18

I should have read the reviews first! The good. I did finally receive the dolls I ordered. That is the ONLY good thing about this experience. One of the dolls is TERRIBLE! Painted on hair. I even called several times with questions to verify everything. One of my questions was did this particular doll actually have hair and I was told "Yes". One of the dolls has a cute face. However, her eyes never open. So when she is upright, she still looks like she is sleeping. They did not apply a coupon code. I actually got one for being on their email list and then another one was offered the day after Thanksgiving when I ordered. Neither would work. I spend HOURS calling to no avail getting through to them to get my credit. Lesson learned!

Very pissed spent all that money to not even get what I ordered I ordered 3 supposed to be life like dolls got hard plastic walmart quality want refund but hard to get in contact with them once they get your money I got 3 dolls not even on their website pissed

Dont buy from this company. They promised 14 business day delivery. It's now double that. They dont respond to emails and tracking information has not updated since 3rd december. Absolute scam. Have a very upset daughter who has still not received her doll for her birthday

They mailed me a junky plastic baby for $100 and ruined Xmas for my daughter. They won’t respond to my emails and they also blocked me from commenting on their Facebook with the truth

This company is a scam...They send you the wrong order, try to convince you to keep the doll and say it is their most popular doll, hang up when you try to call and they never respond to emails. Wrong doll sent twice.....finally called my credit card company and disputed the charges. Received credit for 2 dolls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...A REAL SCAM OF A COMPANY that should be shut down!

I should have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. Dont Order from them. Cant reach anyone, Im about to dispute this with my bank.Horrible Company

This was an awful experience. I have waited over a month for my order, which is no where to be found. The tracking number in the email cannot be found on the website and customer service has never answered their phone after calling and being hung up on over five times. Do not buy! I am out of money and dolls for my twin girls birthdays. What a disappointment.

The product I ordered was completely different then what I received I asked for a refund and was unsuccessful. I researched this company more and the address on their website is a Hyundai motors manufacturer in New Jersey! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They’re a complete scam!!!!

I ordered from the website without doing my research on this company. Once I read the reviews, I immediately canceled my order by emailing the company before anything shipped. I was refunded within 4 days. I didn’t end up with the doll I wanted, but I am very pleased to have my money back.

Normally I check reviews before buying anything but this time I didn’t. I had to wait a month for my item that happened to not be what I ordered. When calling the company you always receive a message saying you’ve called outside business hours. No matter what time of the day, all day. They took my money only to give me something that I could’ve bought from Family Dollar, that’s how cheap looking it is. Not to mention some of the dolls are pricey. Keep your money.

Do not be fooled by the beautiful dolls on this site. Can I give this site a zero stars? I ordered a baby boy toddler doll with a silicone body, paying over $100 for it plus $20 shipping. When the “doll” finally arrived it was an alien doll. I truly believe from my experience and all that I have read that this site is a scam. Do not buy from this site!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I received the wrong doll and was cheaply made. No rooted hair and dents in the face. They keep hanging up on me for the customer service number and will not respond to my emails. Time to shut these scammers down! My daughter's Christmas gift is so bad she calls it the Chucky doll! Do not waste your money!!!!
