My daughter was so excited to order her twin dolls with the money she had saved. She paid $77.98. The pictures on the website looked adorable and she was counting down the days until they arrived. When they did, she burst in to tears. They are nothing like the description. I contacted them straight away and they said they’ll offer me a partial refund of $10 and we can keep the dolls! We don’t want the dolls, they are terrible quality! They said they’ll only give us a full refund if we pay to send them back which they told me would be very expensive! They have gone up to $48 now but I’m still fighting for the full refund. So upsetting for my daughter I’m really angry how they try and get away with this. How can they call themselves a business and why are they allowed to remain open when they are not selling what is described on the website?!!

I am so pissed, the dolls looked nothing like what I ordered. very cheap dolls looked like you could have got them from the dollar store. scammers go to hell. taken people money for this crap sham on yawl for this.

I ordered a doll for my grand daughter in November I finally after contacting them several times received it right before Christmas.... I was shocked to see the terrible product they sent. Its NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED!! After numerous emails they offered $10 back then $22.99 I paid $49.99 plus shipping for a doll worth maybe $5!! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND I wish I could post pictures... its RIDICULOUS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE FOR MONEY THEY NEED YO BE SHUT DOWN!!

If I could rate it with zero stars, I would. This is a total scam!! I ordered 2 dolls and got none. I sent email after email trying to get help. Eventually, they sent me 18 dollars back after I spent 60 dollars! They are terrible. I ordered a 3rd doll and it did eventually show up and it was crap! Nothing like the pictures shown, total crap!!!??

I ordered a 22" full body silicone baby girl ILENY doll from Petedi on March 10, 2020. Everytime I emailed about the doll they used covid as an excuse of why I hadn't received it yet. Now that it has been over 180 days they won't even answer my emails. My kids told me they were scammers but Petedi assured me I would get my doll. It has been almost a year and no doll and no refund.

I ordered a doll from this company, it is not as they advertise. I called the number that I found in a review 919-842-3887,I was really surprised that they had no problem in giving me a refund. Didn't ask any questions why I wanted to return. In order to get a refund I had to download a program called Teamviewer. He walked me thru each step.I was ok until I got to a page that said "Allow Remote Control." He wanted the ID number and the Password on this page in order to send me a refund. I told him no way was I going to give him access to my computer. My thoughts on this is if this was a legitimate company they should be able to send you a return form thru email and refund your account. This is a total scam not order from this company.

I have contacted this company multiple times and they will not help me. Order was not fulfilled 2 dolls and multiple outfits. What they sent was wrong. Please DO NOT order and save your money. Please make videos letting others know and get the word out. Multiple times I have been told I would receive a refund and there has been no response.

DO NOT BUY THESE DOLLS!!! If I could leave a negative star I would. These dolls are so cheap the ones at Walmart are better quality. Took forever to receive even though they claim to be a US seller. When I wanted to return, they said I would have to pay to ship back to China. Customer service is the worst and finally had to open a case with PayPal and provide pictures of just how bad these are. They would go DAYS with no response. I finally got a partial refund but the hassle is not worth it.

I ordered my daughter the isadora doll for her birthday I added the gift box even for an extra item to come with it #1 the doll I got was trash it wasn’t even reborn material not any silicone on this doll it was and ugly rubber doll I could easily buy at a Walmart it was hideous # 2 there was no extra item and #3 when I contacted them all they wanted was more money out of me when they should’ve been paying me I’m so fed up with these dumb people !!!!!! They are horible fraudulent asshats

I bought a doll. Took my granddaughter days to pick out. After 3 weeks we got it. The doll was in a box, but then the box was in a very thin bag. It was damaged. Then when I opened it up - it was the wrong doll!!!!!! I didn’t think that too much since on their website they promise to do everything to help if there’s a problem! Well...they don’t help!!!! In fact I found out that their name is totally different on my PayPal. Also, the email is not right. Supposedly after 4 days of calling and emailing I finally got someone who gave me another email!!! But every time I contacted they asked the same questions. I think it was just automatic. Finally a response after the 30th time I tried. They told me I had to pay for shipping ($30) and then get a partial refund. I said absolutely not. This is there fault they can give me a prepaid label. But no, they refuse that to. At one paint the offer me 50% back. No!!! My granddaughter wants the doll she picked out. She’s very upset. But the wrong doll I had....didn’t look nothing like a real baby! Just a doll. But still wanted it for my granddaughter so I continued to try to contact. Finally after 10 days . I disputed the charges. I think they r scammers. And I would NOT recommend them!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY.....Worst company to order anything from. The baby I ordered is missing their eyebrows and hair, has blue ears and red lines all over her feet. I emailed several times customer service and they always respond offering a NEW REFUND for my concerns. However, they have not refunded me anything! I have called customer service numerous times waiting on LONG HOLD times only to be disconnected/hung up on. This is not a legit site to purchase reborn dolls from. I wish I could post pictures for all to see but this review does not include that option.

Sites like this one (which also goes under names like reborn doll shoppe), are all scams. They are cheap knockoffs made in china. They steal photos of actual doll sculpts made by renowned doll artists and portray them as the dolls sold on these sites.

I found this out after my mom ordered baby "nina" for my 5 yr old. First, it got lost in the mail because we were given an incorrect tracking number. When it finally got here, the legs were not attached (I guess to cut down on shipping costs?) and the doll only bore an extremely vague resemblance to the doll pictured on the site. Her hair is nappy and feels like hay-she looks like she stuck her finger in a light socket. I'm almost 100% positive that they have only a limited number of doll molds, and produce every one with those molds and simply give them different names. Not buying from these places is the only way to shut them down. Check out Ashton Drake Galleries. They are reputable, good prices (you can even make installment payments with very little interest), and you get the exact doll you order.

This is the absolute WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If I could rate it a negative 0 I would! I placed an order weeks before Christmas as they advertised that you would receive your order before Christmas! I couldn’t reach anyone over the phone for days, when I tried contacting the number. I then emailed and days later I received an email. Please keep in mind we are now 17 days PAST CHRISTMAS!!! We received one of the two dolls on January 5th and have not received the other doll as of current. The doll we did receive looks NOTHING like the online photo on their website. It looks as described in many of these reviews. I could have purchased this quality at the dollar store. There is no hair and it’s hard plastic snd absolutely ugly! My daughter was soooo disappointed that she wants to return both of them and get her Christmas money instead. I have tried for weeks to get a return shipping label and now as of yesterday he says he will give 30% of the refund asking is that ok?????? No! That is far from ok! I requested 100% and as of today he sent an email now stating Is 40% ok? Truthfully, had I known I was ordering from China I would NOT have placed this order!!! This is the biggest scam! There is no return shipping label also. I spent $200 and we are not satisfied and want a return at 100%!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT ORDER AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I spent $200 on two dolls. One that was named "Dallas" and one named "Diaz" I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my two daughters. I ordered it two months before Christmas and did not receive it until tonight. Mind you it is Jan. 7th, 2021. Not only did they send me TWO of the same dolls BUT I could have went to the dollar store or another store and bought it for $15/each. The hair is very short that the girls cannot even put the hair in a pony tail and the clothes were so large they could actually fit my own newborn. I am so disappointed because I spent so much money and the order stated it would ship 2-3 weeks. None of that happened. The dolls are very firm and nothing as they report to be "real looking" it is your normal hard face and hard body doll that you purchase at your local stores. Then they say the pacifier is magnetic. THATS NOT TRUE! The dolls mouth is not even opened to allow the pacifier in. I cannot believe how people can take others for their money. I wish I would have seen the other reviews prior to actually ordering.

I agree that this is a scam. The doll I received was UGLY and cheap. NOT A REBORN. I don't understand how a company can continue to operate running the same scam!!!

Reborndolls is awful company and I recommend never order from them. I placed an order and was informed I would receive my order on or before Christmas. Christmas of course has come and gone and I still have not received my order, 2 very unhappy little girls. I have emails everyday many times over and over and I have yet to hear back. I have also called everyday and let me tell you that's another awful outcome. They have 5 prompts and I have tried everyone with no luck. It gets worse, after on hold for 15 to 20 minutes I received a recording that comes on and says goodbye and disconnects. That happens on every prompt. So as of now I have no idea where my order is and no way to find out. I would like to tell anyone and everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
