I ordered a baby girl doll for $59.00 that arrived a week late from the 7-10 day time frame in the ad and the doll looks NOTHING like what I ordered! i wanted to send this doll back to the company Fantastic customer service from this company was very helpful and resolved a problem with a refund straight away - very impressed

Ordered the Alina doll from my grand daughter, and received the reborn version of Chucky. On the website, this doll had over 800 positive reviews with the average of 4.5 stars... all their dolls have positive reviews, but it is a scam!! Paid over $100 plus shipping and they want to offer 10%-20% refund and try to intimidate me by telling me how expensive it will be to ship it back to China 🙀🙀 I didn’t realize I was buying from China. It’s a scam, doll looked nothing like the doll advertised, I have disputed with my Credit Card Company, and I suggest you do the same!!

I totally agree with all the negative comments. I have unfortunately ordered 3 dolls. They look nothing like the pictures on the site. They are just ugly, smell terribly bad, have hardly any hair, the clothes are of the cheapest quality one could imagine. They are also terribly rigid and very unpleasant to hold. They were mailed from China so I suppose this is a scam: 2-dollar dolls sold for 100 dollars... I've just sent a request for a refund. I am sooo disappointed !

I agree with all the reviews. I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. I ordered the doll Kali. She looked similar to my granddaughter. I ordered in October. I had it delivered to my daughters house. Oh boy, was I surprised when my 2 year old grandaughter opened the gift in December. Ugly!!!!! Didn’t look at all like the picture. I emailed the company. First, said 10 percent back. Big deal. Then 20 percent. Stupid. The doll is ugly. Hair is curly not straight. Different color. All I can say is STOP don’t buy!!! It’s a scam for sure.

I recently ordered a doll from here and am so disappointed. I really wish I had read the reviews first. The dolls they advertise on the website are stolen pictures from actual reborn doll artists mainly from Etsy. The doll that I received looked similar to the picture but was a very cheap replica. The hair was so bad I could see patches in it. Besides that the ankle came bent and broken!!! The material of the doll is cheap plastic and not vinyl. They claim the doll is weighed to feel realistic, but guess what it isn’t! I contacted the company about how dissatisfied I am with the doll and they denied that their doll is a fake and wanted to offer me a $20 refund. Are you kidding me?! I paid over $100 for this doll plus the accessories. This is a terrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Total scam.

I'm disappointed I work hard for my money over 100 dollars for what photo shop product

This is very bad I ordered for Christmas two twin dolls and they came totally opposite from what was advertised I have been trying to reach out to these people and they keep on giving the run around no return adress what so ever I’m very disappointed do not order from her wish I would have reviewed this before I purchased from these scammers

I ordered a doll for my daughters birthday. I am a UK resident so I knew shipping may take some time so I ordered approx 4 weeks before my daughters birthday.
I received a tracking number, however when I tried to track it, the delivery company said they had no received the package. I gave it a few weeks and still nothing. I tried contacting several times, sometimes I'd get a response telling me to be patient, other times I'd be ignored. I then had to purchase another doll from a different site because she had her heart set on a baby. Her birthday came and went and I still didn't receive anything. I contacted them to explain i no longer needed the doll but they told me to 'wait a little longer'. By this point I honestly thought id lost my money. A few weeks go by and I am sent the money back for the doll. That I am glad about, however they only covered the cost of the doll, not the shipping or exchange rate.

I am glad I got my money back, however I will NEVER buy from this website. It was even more frustrating that they sent around 5 emails a day about promotions, but nothing about the doll I'd purchased.

Anyway, I wouldnt reccomend.

My mom got me a doll from this website ... the doll10 bald spots and came in an horrible outfit and I had lots of baby clothes,I cried because it looked really BAD !

Purchase doll via internet from RebornDolls on Friday evening, the doll arrived at my door on Monday, from 248 Brookville Blvd, Jamaica NY 11422. Doll hair was horrible - almost bald with multiple spots of NO HAIR. Paid $121, today just two days after receiving doll they offered me $24.00. This is America - what is going on? Their site does not list negative comments, they gave me an address in China to return it for a full refund. THIS IS ONLINE ROBBERY!!!

One star is too good for this company. I placed an order and within a half an hour of ordering I submitted a cancellation. They said by the time they had put through the request it was too late to cancel. The doll came and it looked nothing like the one I had ordered. It came with no information to send it back. They are now ignoring my emails. The doll is very poor quality so even if I wanted it I would not keep it. Steer clear of this website. Am fighting to get a refund.
Update: They’ve refused a refund -told me they offer no return service & that it would be very expensive to return it so I should just keep it. Now I am stuck with a doll I would not even donate to
Goodwill.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. Dealing with this company has been the absolute worst. I ordered a girl avatar soft silicon doll and got a hard plastic boy avatar dressed in girl clothing. I have tried on numerous occasions to return the doll but they want me to pay for everything or take $50 as an oops. Had I did my research on the site, I wouldn't be writing this review today. Because I would have known better :-(

If you can give me the address of a reputable site for Reborn Dolls? I DON'T THINK THERE IS ONE. They pretend to be reputable but do not answer emails, they use a robot answer and their address is not in existance for them according to BBB

The baby I ordered is missing their eyebrows and hair, has blue ears and red lines all over her feet The doll I received was UGLY and cheap. NOTA REBORN. My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. One showed up within a reasonable time - NO HEARTBEAT. NOTHING LIKE THE PRODUCT THAT THEY PROMISE YOU... I went online did a little research on their website finally i found this company Support help which is ₑᵢցₕₜ ƒₒᵤᵣ ƒᵢᵥₑ ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five THE ADMITTED THEIR, MISTAKE THAT THEY SENT ME THE CRAP DOLL finally they provide return shipping info and I also received my amount back from this company finally, return this CHEAP LOOKING DOLL back TO THE COMPANY I would like to tell anyone and everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Like the others on here, this company deserves no stars! They have lifted pictures from another reputable site and are using them as their own! I did not get the doll I chose and they asked me to send them a picture of the doll I received and then said “oh so sorry, our mistake”. Please except $30 for our mistake ! Would allow me to send the doll back at my expense if I wanted a full refund. It cost $45 to send back to China and you can not send it registered, so figured the doll would probably never “make it” so opted to keep and count my loss! Lessened learned to not trust any of these Chinese companies! They don’t want you to know they are a Chinese company, so they use an address in the USA with a USA phone number. Deceiving company all around! Do not buy from this company!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I am so infuriated with this company. The dill looked nothing like the picture and the material is horrible, the doll is cheap it could definitely be purchased at Walmart. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner I am usually good about reading reviews and that kind of thing but I guess I dropped the ball because I was so excited to get my daughter the doll she wanted. They even had the nerve to have a “scan warning” on their website. Please do NOT buy from this company !

Now it's March 4th 2021 I get a email from trustpilot a response from this fake company saying if I'm not satisfied contact the company, I've talked to 3 people from the company and still can't get a refund, I sent the doll back to the return address that was on the package, and why can't I reply to the message, and I seen thier new add with that real baby, trying to say it's a doll.

If I could rate this Company as 0 I would - ordered a doll for my niece and when it turned up it was nothing like the website described, I contacted them via email and sent pictures of the doll and received the following email -

You have to bear the shipping cost of returning to China
This is a big expense

We recommend that you keep the goods
At the same time we provide you with a compensation of 5 USD.
Finally got $10 refund which can take between 7 - 25 business days to be refunded. Please do not order anything from this site it is a total scam!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We placed the order in December, said the shipping label has been printed, but not shipped. We called about 100 times, puts you on hold for 1 minute and then hangs up. We did manage to get through 4 times and was told we will be notified when ship. and would "notify a higher department". Speak broken English and very difficult to communicate. Finally gave up and contacted our credit card company. we are disputing the purchase. Today we received an email stating
"Dear customer
We have found out that all of your doll has been signed, please follow up in detail.
You can go to the local post office to check
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."

I did go to USPS, unable to track, no record of delivery.
MY ADVICE
Dispute any purchase from Reborn Doll shop with your credit card company.

If I could do less than one star I would. This company WILL SCAM YOU so BE WARNED
