Website is a little tricky to navigate as the trampolines don’t show in the sections they should be in but the customer service team are fantastic. Then trampoline arrived fast and it’s fantastic, easy to put together and great quality.

So if you don’t mind spending a little more time trying to find the right trampoline then Rebo is a great choice.

Brilliant trampoline, great quality, relatively easy to construct. Really pleased with it! Only improvement would be email confirmation of order and better tracking of delivery.

Wrong item. Returning this was going to cost as much as the original cost of purchase.

Boxes damaged on arrival, photos sent in. Looked like I’d received someone else’s returns without the goods being repackaged. Customer service offered an apology, nothing more.

Goods thankfully in okay condition, product is as expected. Purchase based on quality of product but sadly, the rest fell short.

Excellent. Arrived 2 days late but it’s a fantastic trampoline so worth the wait.

Ordered a spare part for my 10ft trampoline (enclosure support pole) to replace the one snapped during the recent storm as it was blown across the garden. It arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Trampoline is also in great shape after 2 years of good use.

Loved it .. had a problem at first with net been damaged .. sorted it straight out and give me a freebie all took 3 days from first call .. 1st class .. had it up in 2 storms anchor kit didn’t budge . Bouncing mat very good and net and other items perfect. No messing about .. but the safety mat that goes round is a bit thin

Good quality product and very speedy delivery!

Had the central fibreglass rods on my daughters trampoline break in a storm. Placed an order for replacements but initially the entire net was sent instead. This was promptly rectified with the correct part being dispatched and the company kindly allowed me to keep the net as a spare. Excellent all round service.

I have bought a rebo base trampoline 12 foot and despite paying the Rebo assembly service I have gone through 3 mats and countless springs and what’s worse have had v poor customer service.
U have spent over £250 getting the trampoline repsrung and remarked which considering I have had the trampoline 2 and a half years is appalling

As per your comment one of the 3 mats I have was sent as a ‘gift’ but this was only after waiting 2 months for parts to repair the trampoline and experiencing the worse level of customer service on a do called premium product.

Absolutely love the look of the trampoline. Really classy looking. Both daughters do trampolining so needed a bouncy trampoline. they both think it is great. Enclosure was ripped but very quickly sorted out. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is excellent. They helped me select the correct item. Once purchased online it was delivered within a couple of days. Really glad we chose a REBO trampoline.
