Perfect shape and size! Easy to put up by two people. Sturdy enough and looks very smart

Great trampoline, the kids love it (girls aged 12 and 15!)
We have the massive one (14ft) they have had a few friends on there and there was plenty of room to jump safely and hangout.

It feels robust and safe, and that it will last us a few seasons with good care.

It was reasonably easy to assemble, if you can follow visual instructions... No written english instructions were provided which would have been even better.
One tip is.. don't lose any of the small screws or washers as there are only just enough for the trampoline. I lost two washers, they are tiny and got lost in the grass as we were assembling, but luckily my husband had similar sized small ones to replace them. we could have had a few spare screws and washers which would mean we wouldn't have to worry so much.

So, so happy with this trampoline! We ordered the 10ft Rebo Base Jump trmapoline and its brilliant. Construction is strong, robust and feels like good quality. The "bounce" is excellent too. Was very very easy to put together too. I did it by myself (nearly 40 year old, fit guy) and had no issues at all.

Highly recommended!

Rebo fantastic products for the garden, grandkids love them!

I had multiple issues with the trampoline, sadly. Firstly, it was missing 2 springs. These had to be sent out and took three days. Then we discovered that one of the parts was faulty and had to wait three days for this to be sent out. Such a shame.

Very helpful when we needed spare parts for our trampoline.

Good item, fairly easy to assemble, a few confusing confirmation emails (in a different company name) but all got sorted.

We bought a Rebo trampolines 4 years ago and the springs started snapping, which resulted in my daughter badly hurting her leg as she was bouncing when the springs broke. The trampoline was covered when not used and the springs were not rusty. Despite this and the fact the trampoline was only used by children, the springs snapped. We ordered springs to replace the broken springs as no compensation for the broken springs was offered by Rebo. When we received the order, we only received part of the order and the springs we received were not the right ones. I wouldn't buy Rebo again as the trampoline at a cost of over £300, we did not expect to break within 3-4 years

Sorry to give one star. have ordered 4 items over the last three years and not once has it gone right and I have had to spend a lot of my time chasing up and doing someone else's job.
Latest order, two new springs..."where are they"???

Excellent service from the company and the courier.
Not yet put together but it all looks to be all present.

I have had one in my garden for two years with no problems.
I purchased the ladder separately on the first one, very good quality on Amazon, The Rebo ladder though adequate, not quite up to the quality of the trampoline.
This one is for my grandson.

Whilst the replacement safety padding works for us, I am very disappointed that you were not able to provide safety netting compatible with our older model.

Part arrived very quickly. I thought I might get it free as the trampoline was only just over 12 months old and the metal part in question (One of the Halo 11 Enclosure poles) split were the pole is attached to the base. Checked all the other poles and found another one starting to fracture in the same place. Seems to be a question of metal fatigue in this one place.
Boys love the trampoline and play on it most days.

Delivered earlier than expected, all items were present and correct. The trampoline was straight forward to assemble, I mainly did it on my own with a helping hand from my slightly excited kids. I am really pleased with it so far as too are they. Hopefully I will still feel the same in 6 months, a years time. If you have to have a ugly trampoline in the garden to keep the kids amused, then this one doesn't look too bad.
I got the ladder too, which is essential for a 5 year old.

The customer service is awful. You can only speak via email, and this takes a couple of times before you receive a response! The website is difficult to navigate and find what your looking for, which resulted in me ordering the wrong replacement part! This has now cost me £13 to return. The part was sent over a week ago, and although, I have sent numerous emails, I am still waiting for a refund. I will never use this company again.
