Purchase an in ground trampoline for my sons birthday. It is absolutely fantastic albeit it did take some time to dig out all the earth as you need quite a big hole but so worth it. Feels so much safer and no chance of it blowing away.

Instructions were very clear.
Just disappointed that it has straight sides rather than the fish bowl shaped sides.

The trampoline arrived with only 3 boxes not 4 and the delivery driver had no record of the missing box. The customer service adviser was apologetic and sent the missing box which arrived the next day. The trampoline was easy enough to assemble and the kids think it's the best they have had (the 4th in total). Would have received top marks had all the boxes arrived the same day.

Great product and delivered in super quick time

This is a fantastic trampoline. A great quality item that my child loves. We researched in ground trampolines and plumped for this one. We were concerned about slapping of the pad around the edge of the trampoline as had read about this and didn’t fancy annoying not just the neighbours but ourselves too. We needn’t have worried as there is actually a net attached to the surrounding mat that acts as a vent and stops toes getting caught. We purchased the 8ft trampoline due to space and it holds up to 100kg in weight. Turns out that was the least of our worries.
We hit the water table digging the hole for this and had to decrease the depth as a result to 75cm (that or return the thing so we took the chance having already dug the hole) and installed a soakaway. We also had to hire a skip for all of the mud. Please be aware of these hidden bits as they have nearly tripled the trampoline cost for us. I believe we have been the worst case scenario though. In ground trampolines are not just safer and less of an eyesore but actually get used more as they’re so easily accessible. Very comfortable to lay on too!

I’ve waited for a month to review our trampoline to make sure we had no teething issues. All I can say is I’ve been 100% satisfied with all parts of the service. Ordering was easy and came in a few days. The driver was friendly and helped us lift it as my husband was at work.

We ordered the 14 for round in built trampoline and my children are absolutely over the moon with it. It was hard work digging the hole but totally worth the effort. It looks amazing and we’ve already had hours of fun

Product excellent. However there was a missing part. I reported this on a Monday morning & was told it would be sent to me. I chased it the following Friday and they knew nothing of my conversation on the Monday and hadn't sent me the part. So it ended up over a week between first reporting the missing part and it actually arriving.

A tad tricky to put up. Allow 2 hours with 2 people and make sure you closely study the instructions about positioning of the net! Also it’s a faff threading the poles through and no specific tool is given. However, totally worth it! An absolutely fantastic trampoline! Looks great and very sturdy. My son thinks it’s the best thing ever!

Fantastic product, that the kids and parents both love.
Be aware it does take quite a bit of digging and the volume of soil is huge.
Trampoline is well constructed and looks and feels robust.
The product was delivered very quickly and we'll packaged.

Whilst the product is excellent, the website is terrible and very hard to navigate. I needed to order spare parts but I could not find any manual to identify which parts I needed. I got there in the end but it required a phone call. When the replacement parts came they didn't come with the required nuts and bolts. I love the trampoline (well, my kids do!) but the website needs some investment.

Easy to build. Perfect size for our small garden. Bit squeaky in use.

Good product and helpful staff who ensured the trampoline was delivered before my daughter’s birthday. I paid for the Assembly service and a lovely guy cheerfully put it up despite the terrible weather.

Fast delivery time grandson loves it.
