So sorry you have this issue. We do advertise the product as fitting most 40" rebounders and the bars are specifically built for our 40" Pro Gym rebounder. I'm not sure which rebounder you have and why it didn't fit but if you email our customer service team on service@rebound.fitness they will be able to assist you.
Although the bar does the job , it doesn’t fit really well considering it’s supposed to be made for that trampoline . The bar twisted and it’s not really as good as it should be . However I do feel safer with the bar there as I have balance issues.

Please can you contact us on service@rebound.fitness and send a picture/video of the bar so we can check this for you as I'm not sure what you mean by "twisted".
The bar is supposed to have a little movement/give in it, and it is there just as a balance aid. If the bar is too rigid then this puts too much pressure on the legs of the rebounder and also the temptation is to put more weight/lean onto the bar which is not as beneficial or ideal use for rebounding.
We usually find that balance improvements can be seen really quickly with regular use of the rebounder.
