I am enjoying incorporating the rebounder into my fitness routine. It gets my heart rate up faster & incorporates different muscle groups, in addition to improving stability.
I had a problem at first with the stability bar, but customer service was prompt in there response & solution to the problem. It was really impressive & refreshing.

I'm new to re-bounding but after a lot of research I opted for the MXL Just Bounce 44" and it's been a great buy. I needed something to help me exercise at home and to build leg and core strength - I am trying to stave off a knee replacement and need something low impact. Really impressed with the company. Great service, easy to assemble, loads of clear instructions (and videos!). It feels unexpectedly solid too and is easy to fold into quarters and put away when I need to. All in all I think it's excellent value for money and feels like a piece of kit I'll use for years to come!

Excellent service and my purchases are brilliant. I have the XL Profit rebounder.. upgraded to orange bungees after a couple of months and bought the TBar.. endless choices now and feel quite safe.. Then to travel and go on our Narrowboat I purchased the maximus pro and it’s brilliant.. just love this form of exercise for physical and mental benefits..

Excellent customer service from Liza at Rebound fitness. They use a quality delivery service. The product is extremely well packaged for it's protection and the bungee cords are perfect for bouncing quietly.
Overall a quality Rebounder highly recommended.

My daughter was recommended rebounding by her physiotherapist but I was unsure of which rebounder to purchase and I spoke to Liza who went through the pros and cons of bungee vs spring. No hard sell just listened to my requirements and offered good advice. She also took time to see what warehouse deals they had on open items and I secured a bungee rebounder at a good price. There was a small problem with the legs adjustment which was rapidly resolved by sending out a packet of small parts. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase as it’s being used by all members of the family which was an unexpected bonus even the simple health bounce makes us all feel great. In hindsight, had I known that we would all end up using it I think the bigger size would have been better for my husband as he’s 6ft! A great rebounder - great quality and so quiet ! A lovely company to purchase from. Couldn’t recommend enough. We purchased the Fitbounce Pro for reference

My rebounder is very sturdy, robust and portable and it gives me the workout I need. I no longer subscribe to Gym membership as I use my rebounder 2 x daily and bounce for 20 minutes per session. What I love most is I can use my rebounder whilst watching TV as it is quiet , fairly light and easy to move around.
Brilliant value for money and confidence in a trusted company.

This is a very high-quality rebounder! The frame is very sturdy with stout legs and it feels very stable when bouncing. The mat is smooth and has a nice big surface for jumping jacks, 36 inches not counting the skirt. I love that it folds, and it was easy to open just using my weight to push it down. The fact that this comes with a T bar is amazing at this price point! I also have the Fit Bounce Pro 2 from this company and they have excellent customer service! This one is bigger than that one and has a similar bounce, maybe a bit more firm and also compares to the Jumpsport 350 Pro bounce in my opinion (this is just bigger!) It is great for high tempo workouts. It came mostly assembled. I had to put on the last few bungees with the tool they included, which was pretty easy. I can’t think of any cons at this price point. I don’t think you would be disappointed as a starter rebounder to get into the sport or let your kids burn off energy or help with ADHD or autism. There are just so many health benefits and I think everyone needs one!

I love my new rebounder. I started with a cheap rebounder and really wish I gone straight to the Maximus Pro. It's much more comfortable to use and effective in terms of achieving my fitness goals. The addition of the resistance bands and access to the videos makes it excellent value. I'm delighted.

I bought my fitbounce pro in August 2025. I spoke to customer service a few days before my purchase to ask a few questions and they were brilliant. Delivery was super quick. Unfortunately 3 days after it arrived I fell down the stairs and fractured my heel. Unable to bear weight for 6 weeks and another 6 weeks of physio. I then started to suffer from sciatica nearly 3 1/2 months ago. Tried to deal with it myself with yoga and strengthening exercises. I've also been doing the health bounce on my rebounder. 5 days ago I had an MRI scan on my spine. I'm 71 years old and I love my rebounder. So fingers crossed for a good outcome and I'm allowed to continue using it.

I was able to change/upgrade my original order and Purchased the larger Fit Bounce Pro XL. Customer service was excellent, and set up was straight forward and fast. I have always walked and worked out, but I am new to Rebounding and still learning. It is easy on your body and and I love it.

I love my rebounder which I bought mainly to get a good cardio workout at home and for days when fitting in a walk is difficult. It has so many health benefits besides this, though. And using it is fun! And that's coming from a reluctant exerciser. It was very easy to set up.

After using one of their rebounders for many years I needed a part replaced. Their customer service regarding this issue was very responsive and really easy to deal with.
I would definitely do business with them again. They do it right!
