Creepy stalker photo of your house
Sends unsolicited creepy postcards with a photo of your house on it. Like a stalker. Gross. I am not selling my house anytime soon, in this market? It would be the stupidest thing I could do. Especially if I got suckered by some random shady creepy postcard company that's only out to turn my house into yet another overpriced rental property and price people like me out of home ownership.
I received an advertisement card to buy…
I received an advertisement card to buy my house. I called it to have a schedule to look at my property. I purchased it 1 1/2 years ago for $86,000.00 and spent over a little $10,000 on the property. The consultant did not show up but called and informed me that they would offer $40,000.00. Wow! It sounds like a scam to me, they want to rip people off.
AVOID Rebuilt!!!
The people/employees of this company think they're slick. They constantly called my phone, even after I blocked their phone number. It wasn't until I called them and told them I would sue for harassment that they stopped leaving me voicemails. They attempted to low ball my family and I for some land that we inherited. They even went as far as contacting our Realtor with the same low ball offer. AVOID these wannabe slicksters at all cost. For me to take the time and write this review, this is your warning.
Why would ANY of you respond to scam…
Don't respond to anything thru the mail or by phone unless you initiated something to get calls or emails.........Why would ANY of you respond to scam post cards thru the mail??? I mean if you don't want to or not looking to sell thru your local realty Don't you think you should have known this was/is a SCAM lol
Constantly calling my phone
Constantly getting phone calls from this company and no one speaking when I answer the call. They just continue to hang up, yet keep calling back 10 times a day. Several days in a row. Finally Blocked them.

Getting spam text messages from this company. Beware.
What a joke.
What a joke.. sent me a unsolicited offer/check for my house that's less than half what my mortgage and insurance companies have it valued at.
They offer a price for the property
They offer a price for the property. Then they get you to sign a contract. All of the sudden..someone from Rebuilt calls and says “ I’m sorry, we can only pay this amount for the property. Liars, thieves, manipulators!
They are highly unorganized and don't…
They are highly unorganized and don't seem to know what they are doing in this market in terms of central texas. I didn't even make it through the probationary period and they had a massive lay off. They have terrible numbers they offer sellers and close less than 1 percent of appts set.
Fraud, bate & switch, Breach of contract
Received a post card in the mail that they want to buy my house.
Called Rebuilt on 10/16/2023.
They inspected the house on 10/19/2023
Signed contract on 10/24/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days.
They changed closing from 11/24/2023 to 11/17/2023
11/17/2023 I showed up and signed all closing documents. Rebuilt did not.
11/17/2023 Rebuilt tried to change transfer taxes for the property to split after I signed all the closing documents even though the contract stated they would cover all closing costs. When I refused and cited the contract, they agreed to pay all closing costs.
Rebuilt moved closing to 11/21/2023 and failed to show or sign.
Rebuilt moved closing to 11/28/2023 and failed to show or sign.
Signed another contract on 11/29/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days. 12/29/2023 came and went without any contact from Rebuilt. They are now breach of contract.
Rebuilt is in breach of contract for 2 separate contracts.
