Rebus in general were fantastic to deal with but Ben Taylor in particular was exceptional! Kept us informed throughout the whole process and got us the mortgage to secure our dream house. The housewarming gift is also a lovely touch. Could not recommend Rebus highly enough.

I booked a call with Lee right at the beginning of my house search journey. I wasnt sure if I had the funds to start looking for a house, but after a really informative call with Lee I was pleasantly surprised that I was! Lee helped me with every step of the mortgage application process - and even helped me with questions I had regarding a couple of properties too. No jargon was used and I didnt feel like any question I had was silly. After being let down massively by another company, I was nervous to proceed with anyone, but I am so glad I went with Rebus.

Great communication and never keep you waiting for an update or reply. Highly, highly recommend - especially if you're a first time buyer like me.

Joy and Lee who has been helping throughout the whole mortgage process has been amazing . They updated us about the mortgage process every step of the way and made sure we understood everything. They even helped us change into another bank without no issues when we realised the mortgage interest rates were lower there than the one we had already taken !

Nadine has been the best support we could have asked for throughout our complex sales (shared ownership) and purchase. She was swift to come out and see us. She explained things fully and in ways we could easily understand. And once she’d found us the best deal she continued to be in touch and support us throughout what was a really drawn out and stressful time. She knows her stuff and was able to shake things up and get them moving at pace when it was needed. She was also able to alleviate our worries on the many occasions they cropped up. I cannot recommend Rebus or our broker Ben enough!!! We had a complex case. I'm a tier two visa holder and my partner had some credit difficulties. We were contacting broker after broker with most telling us they could not support us without a 25% deposit. But not Ben. Within 17 days, we had a mortgage accepted with a reasonable deposit and a great rate. We could not be more thankful for all the care Ben put into our case. He's been so informative and helpful for us as first-time home buyers, we can't thank him enough.

Second time I’ve used the Rebus team and they are flawless with their process, from the start at finding the best mortgage deal right to the final steps of the sale. Once again a brilliant service from Lee & Joy. From start to finish they can’t help you enough. Even when having problem with people i am buying from Lee & Joy are both there chasing solicitors and keeping envolved until your in your home. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend for anyone! Thankyou both once again!

Other brokers couldn’t help, but Rebus did not give up on our case until they found a deal for us.
