Product never arrived. 5 months waiting

Bought an Ipad pro 11. The courier vanished with the package. Never received it. Rebuy never fixed the situation and calling or email doesnt work. They gave me SLAs 5 times, all expired by months and no action was taken to fix.

This is a company that does fraud

This is a company that does fraud! Beware people! You sent them items that are 100% good and have 100% battery capacity and no scratches or things and they don’t give the price they say!

On everything you sent to them you don’t get that money but way less. But people are dumb and accepting that price, let them sent it back. It will cost them money and you will get more to sell it.

I sent a item incl the box and all the cables and papers they said 120 euro and now it’s 7.25 euro!

I sent brand new Apple Watch and they said 250 euro and than they said 190 euro it’s not good and looks bad… brand new Apple Watch.

Sent a iPhone that is like new, battery capacity 95% no scratches and all the papers and boxes. They said “it’s not good” and we give you 200 euro less.

This company does not even plays fair with people!!!!

Sad that those scums need to make money like that! They also sell bad stuff to people, things that are “new” and it’s full of scratches and battery problems and not even the real boxes.

They also put China screens on iPhones and chine batteries in it! Beware this shit is just bad and they have a save shopping certificate. I will contact them and let them know how they work!

Ordered Google pixel 7A

Ordered Google pixel 7A (condition:good).
Ordering and delivery process went smooth. I'm very happy with the quality of the phone. Minor scratches on the back and sides as is expected for "condition good", but when a phone cover is used, these won't be seen. The screen is without flaws and battery life appears very good!

Empty return package

I also got a message that my phone was not in the return package... but they do have insurance for this, so I assume I'll get my refund in the end just with a delay.

Ordered another phone which is fine by the way.

I sold them my 5 year old €1400 euro 16…

I sold them my 5 year old €1400 euro 16 inch Macbook pro in very good condition (as new) for €700. I restored os to stock and did most hardware diagnosis myself. Today i got an email. They checked the macbook and offered €60 in return because of memory failure.??? I never experience any errors with it, nor i had any message about memory during tests. Hopefully i get my Macbook back in the same state i've send it. Never Rebuy for me anymore, at least not for selling

This is the first time I have encountered such a huge irresponsibility and deception from these guys.

I have not been able to receive my original order for two months. The first order they did wrong, sending me a completely different size of watch. In addition to the long delivery, the order processing is even longer.

Yes, I could not cancel my account the first time, but I still did it faster after the notification. The second time, they send me a watch whose battery requires maintenance. And I am forced to send the goods back again, and after a long silence from the store, they tell me that I cannot get my money back, because the period of 21 has passed, of which I practically did not use my watch.

Now I am waiting for my watch again, it's been three weeks since I sent it back to the store. The operator said that I will receive a letter, but with the shipment, but it was not there that day. This is the most negative review in my life. I'm sorry that the guys in this store don't try to make a fair sale, they lie that I can get my money back, they lie that they are already doing repairs, I'm scared to get my third product,

I can't trust you unfortunately.

Untrustworty

Their "good as new, refurbished" phone arrived with a broken usb-port. Asked for a refund and shipped it back. Did not receive my money.

Don't trust these guys. They don't refurbish anything, just ship whatever junk people send them and refuse to refund.

Unless your phone is as new you won’t…

Unless your phone is as new you won’t receive the price they say they will give you. My phone had no marks and may be under a bright torch light with a magnified glass you could have seen a few marks on the frame so to say it had noticeable marks on the back and frame was ridiculous. Don’t use them

It's a scam if you want to sell them

I tried selling a phone to them. There were small scratches on the sides and they said that they won't be able to consider it as a new phone which I agree with. But then they introduced a new issue and said that they will need to repair the phone hence can only offer 98 euro from 165 they promised. Obviously I asked them to return the device as it was working perfectly and didn't need a repair.
I saw on their website that they sell the same device in "good" condition for 230 euro. So these guys want to scam the customer who is selling it and then sell the same thing for twice the price. Never dealing with them again. At least the return process was good and got the device safely.

BEWARE - Rebuy will not honor your warranty

BEWARE - Rebuy will not honor your warranty. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rebuy Warranty Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with both my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and the handling of my warranty claim by ReBuy (Order TRN53783203). After just under a year of use, the phone started experiencing malfunctioning audio/sound, which I discovered were due to a broken hinge flex cable—a well-documented issue with this model. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet my warranty claim has been repeatedly denied by ReBuy under questionable and unfair pretenses as "self-inflicted" damage. Which is ridiculous.

The first time I sent the phone in for repair, the claim was rejected because I had removed the protective film from the screen—something completely unrelated to the hinge or audio issues. This reasoning is absurd. The problem clearly stems from a fault in the hinge, which is a known issue with the Galaxy Fold 3. I have removed the protective film from the screen intentionally because it has started to delaminate, and in addition packing instruction by Rebuy clearly state that all protective films must be removed before sending the item for return.

I sent the phone back a second time, only to have my claim rejected again. This time, ReBuy cited an "uneven hinge" and claimed that this indicated the phone had been dropped. I want to state clearly that this phone has never been dropped. Their refusal to honor the warranty is unjustified and frankly unacceptable.

I expected more from both ReBuy warranty service and products. ReBuy has chosen to avoid responsibility rather than support their customers. Customer service are only empathetic but do not do anything to remedy the problem. I strongly advise against purchasing this model or relying on ReBuy for warranty services. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
