I have a very bad experience. I bought a mobile phone from rebuy and sent it fully packed in original box to replace the display glass. But they sent it back to me in a normal box without changing the glass and with some plastic tape on it. Not only did I send the box and warrenty all the details but I contacted the company management and customer service several times but I have not been given any reply or solution.

This company are totally lacking in any type of ethical or moral standards.

They sent me a camera costing almost 400 euro, I open it and found as soon as I tried to take the first photograph, it was noisy and it could not focus.
So, I returned it almost immediately, stating that I was disappointed that the product had not been checked before posting it.
WARNING: THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL. NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR
They sent a mail a few days later stating that the camera had been abused by me while using it!!!!!

A terrible company, no discussion whatsover, nothing!!! They have now sent the camera back to me still not working properly, no discussikn, no apologies, nothing. NEVER USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!!!!!

Sold two items, the price offered was very interesting and the whole process, from sending to getting the payout, took 5 days with the weekend in between!

Mane years, I enjoyed refurbished stuff from reBuy. Up until now, when I found out that I bought items for the «discounted» prices which are comparable to the same yet BRAND NEW items at a local provider. And also somewhat higher than ones in even better condition by other refurbished electronics sellers. Unfortunately, my grace return period is just over, so I guess... f*** me?

On a positive note, delivery, condition, and warranty service were just fine. My only trade-in went smoothly and they paid out the estimated amount exactly

Very bad offers on used phones, where they claim damages that you already select on the website and lower the price that already lowered when selecting the state of the phone on the website.

Total offer went from 173 euros to 17 euros.

everything went as agreed. this was my first exprience with rebuy. just happy about it like it went.

Great service and great products

Bought an Xbox one S. Product was in great condition. It was shipped and arrived on time. Packaging was also very good.

The overall process and experience was fantastic. I also believe they provided a good price for the product. I would totally recommend them.

Stay far away from this company, the positive reviews are lies, as are the promises of customer support below the negative reviews!

They will take pictures of other people's items that are damaged to try to lower the price that they pay out to you.

I sent two products to them: a Nintendo Switch and a high-end phone.

The Nintendo Switch had a screen protector on it from day 1, and was only used a handful of times since I originally got it. It spent most of its time in a padded carry case. The screen protector was removed per Rebuy's request before I sent it, and it was completely scratch free and dust free. The Switch was in absolute pristine as-new condition. Today I received a message with a counter offer because my Switch was supposedly damaged. They sent along three pictures of a completely different Switch that looked as if it had been dropped onto the sidewalk, and spent most of its time under some kid's bed collecting dust.

I replied that this wasn't my Switch and that I want the price originally quoted. I have pictures of the undamaged screen and the serial number. However, I know that when they inevitably send it back, they will send me this damaged Switch and keep my pristine one.

They received my phone sooner than the Switch, but they "need more time" to check it. It's a pretty rare configuration which I doubt they have more in stock of, so it must be hard for them to find a different one that is damaged to take pictures of. The phone was also pristine, with zero scratches on the screen and housing, but I'm sure they'll somehow fabricate evidence to show it's "damaged".

Good luck getting support, as their support E-mail address has auto-reply turned on and responds back that rebuy cannot be reached on that E-mail address. It's a joke.

If I do not get what was offered and what I rightfully should receive I will make complaints with the ECC and the ODR of the European commission.

EDIT (after the response below from ReBuy): I have in fact tried to resolve this with ReBuy. I requested photographs of the watch with the serial number showing and I received nothing, just more photos of a watch that was clearly not mine. (spoke with Julia) - So ReBuy apologizes here on Trustpilot to look good and says "contact customer service" - when in fact, leaving this 1 star review was at the end of trying to already get help from "customer service" for many days.

Two times, ReBuy has done some shady things - I wouldn't trust selling to this company.

#1 With an apple pencil I sent that was brand new almost never used... and ReBuy says it was defective and they cannot buy it and will send it back to me, returning a pencil that was clearly not the one I sent in. So I was stuck with a broken apple pencil that was not mine.

#2 - I sent an almost-new Apple watch and after they received it, I was sent photos saying the condition was not good and the photos were DEFINITELY not the watch I sent. Having learned from the first experience, I photographed the watch before sending.

I repeatedly asked for photos of the watch in question to be photographed with the "damage" and the serial number showing to prove it was the watch I sent. I never received these photos, and they said to basically take their really low offer for them to proceed buying the watch, or they'll send it back to me.

After having the problem with the pencil originally, I knew they'd just send me someone else's damaged watch and not return mine - so I reluctantly accepted their revised offer of nearly 50% less than they originally offered.

Don't trust this company - look for others (there are many other reputable buyers).

They will basically steal from you.

This company takes no responsibility at all for things getting lost during shipping. If it's to them or from them it makes no difference!

They'll claim to have send it to you but I even wonder about that.

With that, i know of more cases with the same complaints about their "as good as new" phones, having weird issues. It always has weird defects and when it seems like it's good customer service that you can send you phone for check up they can never find something and your phone will somehow not make it back to you.

I had Legal Aid take over the case but they won't reply them either and they'll hide behind DHL (which is also a seedy company saying that they delivered it when they clearly didn't!
The fact that you won't send a phone of over €500 with a trusted mail company and also without having to sign for delivery maybe says enough about this shady company.

Under the pretence of being all green because of the re-use of electronics it's such a shame that they're so untrustworthy.

Earphones were delivered swiftly and in good condition. However, the original soft-foam tips were replaced with standard rubber ones. In this case, the foam tips allow for a better seal and thus the replacements resulted in a lower performance.

Edit: After reading the response of reBuy I want to clarify that the replacement of the tips wasn't the problem, but the fact that they were of a different type (simple rubber tips vs soft-foam tips). There are also third party versions (Eardopes) of these foam tips which would have been a better replacement in my opinion.

I ordered a xiaomi mi11t pro from rebuy and was very excited. Everything went well except the fact that they did not include the most important feature of the phone, which always comes together in the box. I got the original box, but not the fast charger? The fast charger on its own is €50, that's just ridiculous.

How could you send me a phone that has already fallen.
