Untrustworthy, beware

Untrustworthy, BEWARE! They give you an unfair, revised quote when you actually send them the computer you want to sell.

My case: I sent them a computer in perfect condition, as described and the model correctly selected (as far as it was possible to see). Once my computer arrived to them, I've then got a revised quote for hundreds of euros less because my keyboard was not a german one. This is extremely deceiving, as the keyboard spec was not specified in their initial quote or website. It's also quite obvious that if they are buying from other European markets, it's likely the keyboards will have different configurations than the German one. They should specify their requirements for their quotes.

I've pointed it all to them, but they refused to move a finger or to compensate me in any way. It was the revised quote or they would send my computer back. I chose my computer back and will never do business with this company anymore. BEWARE!

Untrustworthy delivery time

The site claimed to be delivering between 2-3 days, but it's on day 5 I just get my order.

Besides delivery time, I'm missing a screw for the stand on the PS5 I ordered. So now I got to buy one which is annoying.

Ending on a positive note my order was clean and there was no damage on my item or box.

Not recommended as Seller Platform

My first experience turned out to be very negative with ReBuy. I have Samsung Note 8 for sale. When this is a relative old model in the rapid changing phone market, the device was kept under excellent conditions as I am a very careful user, and very conscious about the value of good condition in 2nd hand markets. I choose rebuy after reading multiple reviews, the feedbacks are not optimal, but acceptable.

My phone was quoted for a compensation of 252 EUR (TRN47982436) based on the condition I entered into the website, and I carefully packaged the device in its original box with all the accessories never used and still in its original plastic wrap. ( Including unopened headphones).
Charged the phone almost at 100%, and reset it at factory setting per the instructions. The whole package was wrapped with multiple protection to make sure no damage.
I made the big mistake for not taking any picture of the my phone before it was send to Rebuy through DHL as proof, and few days later the review I received was:

- There are additional signs of use that affect the overall impression: Front ( I enlarged the Image to the max, and couldn't see anything) I would attach their picture as proof, but the feature is not available in truspilot. Not to mention that device has been in a protective case since I purchased it, the whole device has not crack, no paint loss, no sign of use at all. Reason why I was confident when selecting the condition in the selling platform)
- The following problems occur with the display - Severe defect (clearly visible) ( again same thing, I can't see anything from their image )
- The stylus is missing. - I can't believe they lost it. I had that pen in the phone slot for 3 and half years, went everywhere with it, and it stayed there until the very last minute I packed it.

For these reasons, they offered me € 17.85.

I tried to contact their customer service for some more insights, but they are never available to be reached.
I turned down the offer, and now I am waiting my phone back. If the stylus is missing, I will be very pissed, and will definitely keep complaining within my consumer rights.

There is also an additional comment, where they stated the charging plug still in original wrap is not suitable for NL, therefore they can't use the phone.

Here, a constructive criticism for the Rebuy as business. Not all people lives in Netherlands buy their phones in the Netherlands. Train your people to be more business minded, you have markets in other countries, a plug not suitable for Dutch market, might be suitable for your other markets.

Advice for sellers: take pictures as proof if you plan to use this platform. Personally I think I will not use this type of service anymore. I am certain I can trade my phone for reasonably good price through C2C market platforms.

Update:
Today I received my phone back. Stylus is where it suppose to be, so it means the technician who checked it, does not know the phone model enough to know where to look.
Secondly, the phone was indeed in perfect conditions, no scratch or anything as suggested by their technical review.

My conclusion is that they preferred newer models, and didn't want to take the risk to have the phone in their inventory. However, if you didn't want older phone models, then just take it off from your acceptance list.

I ordered Marshall Major III Bluetooth…

I ordered Marshall Major III Bluetooth headphones with this site. Delivery time was a lot, but whatever. After a month of using them the leather on them began to peel off, which is not normal for the original headphones.
I was advised to issue a refund through the site. I did this and attached a photo of what is wrong.
Now I got an email that there is nothing wrong with my headphones and they will be returned to me...
If they will give me back the (honesty, probably not original) faulty headphones back, I'll be extremely disappointed.

UPD: they are returning my faulty headphones back to me only for me to return it back. What a joke... If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do NOT sell them your devices

Do NOT sell your devices to this company.
After sending them a Macbook pro in near perfect condition, they are now claiming it does not work.
Now despite me sending them proofs of the device working before being sent, they refuse the admit that either the transporter or their service damaged it.
All they offer is to send me back my device now broken, or to recycle it (how convenient to get spare parts...).

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro

Underneath is my original review. Luckily I received my iPhone just after complaining about the DHL transport. I wasn't patient enough, but the communication and track&trace wasn't top notch either. I give reBuy a 3,5 out of 5.

"I ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro. Should never have done that. Should just have paid 80 euros extra for a new one at Mediamarkt. That one I would have received within a day. Now, I've been waiting for more than a week, without an update on the delivery in the last 5 days. I fear that I've been scammed, because they promised a delivery time of 2-3 working days. Has the package been stolen? What's going on? Their customer service doesn't hp out either. No phone calls. No emails. Just a stupid form, to which they'll respond within 3 days (sure, heard that before). Man, I'm getting nervous. Hope that I get the phone soon, and all my worries were for none, but this entire experience wouldn't be worth it if I paid half the price of a new one. Hate it."

Do not trust This company

Do not trust This company! I purchased an item from them based on the description of it having a specific feature I needed. When I finally got the item it did not have the feature as they had advertised. I immediately, tried to get ahold of them but that proved very difficult. When I called to speak with someone there was no answer, just a message to call back during business hours. It was within this time when I called. When you look it the website it says they are closed everyday. When I emailed them it would take several days for them to respond, if they ever did respond, which was rare. Finally I was able to get ahold of them and send the item back, after having to pay a fee to print out a label to ship it back. When they received the item back they said it was not working and that I would not be getting my money back and they are going to send the item back to me. The item was working and in good condition when I sent it back to them. This is just an excuse for them to not give my money back. Now, I suspect that they have a completely broken one that they will send me back instead of the actual unit that I sent returned to them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered two refurbished iPhones here, I haven't even received them after several days continously contacting their support to see why it has hasnt been SHIPPED yet. It seems to be a known issue here to not get what you paid for, can't wait to see the autoreply on trustpilot telling me to CONTACT their support again.

Im not contacting you somewhere you are not reachable again. Please Fix it with the provided information below. I regret having to write this in a review in order to get the support I have the right to, oh well.

Delivery Time is a Lie

Placed an order for an apple watch 4, this is a birthday present, ordered this based on the deliver time that they claim is 2-3 days.. 1 week later its still not here, it took them days to even begin the process of shipping the item. Unfortunately i now will not have the gift in time which is a big disappointment..

Maybe state a more truthful expected time of delivery, because if i had known it would not arrive in this time then i would not have even placed the order.

Great experience!

Bought a refurbished OnePlus Nord 2, it was delivered in 3 business days, perfectly packaged, as good as new, even including a phone case from the previous owner, so I'm super happy both to have saved some money and to have given a product a 2nd life. Keep it up Rebuy!

Refurb'd phone mic did not work - return was easy

Bought a refurbished Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. Was easy to purchase and quickly delivered. Sadly, the microphone did not work. No one can hear me unless I turn on the speakerphone. The returns process was relatively simple.

Too long delivery time

I ordered a Dualshock 4 PS-controller on last week thursday to Amsterdam. They promised on the homepage 2-3 workdays for the delivering. Today is wednesday, and it's still in Germany, the DPL status is "Aangemeld (Zending nog niet ontvangen of verwerkt)". I don't think so, I'll ever order from them again.

UPDATE: Finally I got in on friday. The controller itself is in a pretty good condition. So, I change the rating higher with one star. Maybe you wouldn't be so bad company. Just, for example, in the details, you could write "5-10 workdays" instead of "2-3". And less people would be dissatisfied.
