Beyond Expectation
I bought a Nikon D3400 body for a reasonable price.
To my surprise it came in the original packing and with all the original booklets and warranties. Battery-loader and battery were also included. The body itself was in mint condition.
Delivery was swift and everything was firmly packed.
The whole buy gave me the feeling i really had a bargain.

Avoid if you don't want to loose your time... and your phone.
They didn't match the offer. Because of a small spot on the corner of the screen, they considered it broken so offered 10 euros, against 108 initially. Therefore I asked to get my phone back. Until then, ok, let's agree to disagree.
But then real issues came up. They first sent me back the wrong phone. I had to send it back, and then I waited.
I finally got my phone back, but broken, and this time, not a small spot, completely damaged on the back.
And of course, they never reacted to my mail to their support service...
I add about the answer of rebuy below. They are way faster to answer to critics on trustpilot than to their actual customers. I sent my complaint to them on 16.10 and since then nothing.

Good product, somewhat slow delivery
The phone arrived perfectly really without any signs of usage, quite surprised for that tbh, product quality is excellent.
Delivery was somewhat slow, took 6 days to arrive, could be influenced by the 11/11 sales period, not sure.
Haven't had any experiences with the customer service, hopefully I wouldnt have to XD

Came with an obviously broken camera, the only option is to send it back and wait over a month for a refund or get it repaired with unofficial parts. Don't waste your time don't these people.

UPDATE:
After the comment here from rebuy.nl support, I've been contacted by their staff. Finally, after about three months of sending the phone back and forth, I could return the product, and they've fully refunded it.
My final impression: They are responsible, however, not agile at all.

My Case:
I ordered an "as a new" iPhone 11 pro from their website. The phone backlit intensity was so low, and nothing can be seen on the screen during direct sunlight. When I returned the product, they reacted me after 7 working days (10 days) that no problem found! They automatically sent the product as it was/is to be shipped to me again!
Their support looks to be just a way to take your time for weeks without any solution!

Delayed delivery and no delivery date in sight
I have had to buy a phone (Huawei P40 Pro) for my daughter 2 times in less than 2 weeks now. The 1st time DHL sent it back. They said it was a wrong address. I saw they tried to deliver the package past 19:00 in an office that closes at 17:00. The second time, they said its delayed for 2 days. Still no progress. Its now 5 days and its still delayed for 2 days. Rebuy say they cant do anything and i have to wait for 2 weeks, or if i am in a hurry, i can always but another phone ( a 3rd phone) and they will deliver. Is this a con?? This is very bad especially given that i have had to buy another phone while rebuy has not even refunded me the 1st one. Now, i am counting 2 phones. No delivery and still no refund. My daughter is so disappointed in me and i don't even know how to make it up to her. i even cant afford another phone, even if i wanted to, until i get a refund (god knows when). Really disappointed in the whole affair.
Might come with fake parts
Quick shipping, nice people. However, the website does not use original apple parts when something is broken and they repair it before selling. This is the case though, after asking about it. The same goes for the charger etc. Since there’s no regulations on those parts like there is with Apple, it might be unsafe to use fake parts. Would have been nice to know before buying. Not sure how it is with other brands they sell.
Snel verzonden, aardig personeel. Echter, worden er niet originele apple onderdelen gebruikt voor de reparaties voordat ze een product verkopen. Dit staat niet aangegeven op de website, maar na contact is dit mij wel verteld. Aangezien de reguleringen op neppe onderdelen niet zo streng is als bij Apple, kan het zijn dan nep onderdelen minder of niet veilig zijn. Het zou fijn zijn als dit voor de aankoop duidelijk was geworden. het gaat hier ook over opladers en kabels etc. Ik weet niet hoe dit bij de andere merken zit die ze verkopen.

DHL ruined my order, Rebuy takes up the slack.
DHL ruined my order with their failed navigation system. And refused to help me and send me to the sender, Rebuy. Rebuy gave me an apology and a 25euro off. For DHL's failure! now that is a night and day difference. DHL 1 star. Rebuy 5 stars.
Happy some people still care.
Completely wrong delivery times.
I am giving two stars for the unreliability of the delivery. The order guaranteed 1-2 days and I need my new phone. You either post realistic times (it's been 4 days already and the phone is still in Germany-I live in Amsterdam) or make a proper contract with DHL so that deliveries come with priority.

Samsung Galaxy S9 sound recording/sending problem
The "very good" Samsung Galaxy S9 I bought a month ago seemed to be in very good shape indeed (perfect screen, working buttons, etc), but after checking all the features i found out it didn't have a working microphone. Calling people doesn't work at all, people can't hear me. Calling via WhatsApp or using Bixby, shazam or speech recorder barely works, or doesn't work at all.
However, for some reason video calling via WhatsApp and video recording do have sound (or at least partly).
However, the customer service was very quick in replying and offered me another phone of the same model or my money back. So this might be just an incident since they seem to be handeling the situation professionally.
A month later I got another phone of the same model and it is in good shape, as they promised. I have to say that reBuy was very professional and won my trust back after their initial mistake. In the end it took a month instead of a week before I got the new phone, but I am satisfied and I would recommend reBuy to others.

Convenient quick solution with a refund to buy a new adapter myself
The adapter of my new refurbished iPad Pro appeared to be out of order at first use. So I called support and quite quickly they mailed me back that they would refund me €30 so that I can buy a new adapter myself. It was a quick response and a nice convenient solution. Well done, top!
