Excellent service
Excellent service. Got my annual reminder. Filled out the form online, completed the postage instructions. Printed out my return paperwork. Boxed up.
Dropped at post office on Monday morning, returned Thursday all done. Considering I live on a Scottish Island that's amazing service.

Very poor service
I tried several times this morning to place an order for a calibration via the web site. Despite entering various card details the site returned errors. I called the office and the response was that I would have to speak to their web guy. They didn't seem at all bothered that I just wanted to place an order and pay and not to have to speak to a tech. about the issue. I had to go elsewhere - very poor service.

We are sorry that you did not find our site or service useful. Our administrator would have put you onto our web staff member to assist, not a tech person. We have had a lot of customers order on the site today without issue, so we are unsure why you had been unable to use your card. We also accept paypal payments and Google Pay. Nevertheless we will look into this to ensure other customers do not have an issue.
