I sent money to a person in Ivory…
I sent money to a person in Ivory Coast. Code du prepaiement 868560566026 Serial 007472937. I received the email with the details. I forwarded the email to the proposed recipient but she couldn't get the money. Recharge Fr has taken the money from my credit card. I have complained but so far with no success. I should add that on my PC I have the software Malware Bytes which attempts to block my access to Recharge Fr. Claiming it is an untrustworthy, phishing site. I get past by making an exception although it uses a different IP each time. I now wish I hadn't.
