Great service and a fantastic product. Whole house is heated so much better now. Yes it makes a noise but you very soon get used to it and don’t notice it anymore.

I can't say I'd heard about Recoheat until I heard praise for the product by the Stove Fitter's Warehouse... but I was certainly intrigued. However, listening to Will's explanation of how they work on YouTube and the benefits of having one it would have been madness not to acquire one while I was having my first ever stove fitted. I ordered one and it arrived in three days... excellent! My stove fitter sited the pump in the airing cupboard that backs onto the sitting room in my small bungalow. My fireplace and chimney are in the centre of the house, not on an outside wall. I had to get some sound and vibration insulating material as I could hear it... afterwards, yes the sound is still there but very, very faint. Those who site them further away won't have that issue.
First firing of said stove was yesterday and it certainly increased the output of the stove even with the small kindling fires to cure the paint. Today, I'm noticing even more difference as the fires are getting gradually larger to temper the steel body. It's currently 6C outside and in my bungalow I switched off the central heating this morning and I'm very comfortable in my little workroom/office down the hall from where the stove is located in the living room. I'm very impressed. Thank you to Will whose advice and support has been superb throughout... what a brilliant invention. I look forward to many years of warming my little bungalow and being able to save on gas!!

The product arrived quickly, and was easy to fit. Been using it for about three weeks and the wood consumption has dramatically dropped.

I am really happy with the service I have received from the team at Recoheat Ltd. They got my order for a 6" flue section heater sent out to me very quickly and with excellent communication to keep me informed.
I managed to fit the kit to the fireplace myself, which took no longer than one hour with some minor modifications to the existing flue. Following all of the useful instructions included I had the kit switched on and in full use the following day.
There is no denying the effectiveness of the Recoheat, vast amounts of hot air is now being pumped around my house from the second I light the fire and the difference is noticeable.

After a lot of research decided to “go for it” even though it entailed dismantling and re-erecting the external flue and changing the stove from top to rear entry. All I can say is that it was the right decision. More heat for less logs, typically last log on between 5 and 6pm still giving out heat at 10pm. Distribution through the house and minimal noise from the externally mounted air pump. Might be a while to achieve payback but a sound investment.

The recoheat didn’t quite work out for me due to the small size of my woodburner compared to the cavernous layout of my old stone house that I was asking it to heat. Will had advised me that this could well be the case before I bought the recoheat but on the money back guarantee I decided to stop wondering and give it a go. It definitely works in the right situation with a decent size woodburner. Even in my situation it raised the temperature quickly to a point that I nearly kept it. However not enough so I did return it and was promptly reimbursed.

To those that have concerns on buying but aren’t quite doing it for one reason or another. Will provides the most attentive customer service that is possible. He returned every one of my numerous phone calls with detailed information. I learnt a lot about heating my house and when the time came there was no question that I should return it and be reimbursed. I can’t fault any part of the service provided or the guarantee.

Had a pretty thorough education on the principles of heat transfer and the science behind how it works, so I was very confident that it would work well, but was still amazed at just HOW WELL it worked! The thermal videos do a great job of showing the theory in action, but experiencing it working is still even better!
Ordered from the US and they included an adapter at no extra charge as a complimentary thing.
Extremely satisfied in all aspects, gonna try to talk my parents into getting one for their wood stove now.

Recoheat is a superb product well-worth purchasing.

Pros
- smart and simple engineering - a simple coil fed with pumped air produces and jets out tremendous heat. Really easy installation - effortless for my stove fitter to install even though he had never heard of it but was very complimentary and impressed with the technology.

-increases stove efficiency meaning the room gets warmer quicker reducing need for a burning more fuel

-absolutely trumps a stove fan. Stove fan simply circulates hot air whereas the Recoheat is a heat source of itself! Like a mini hairdryer which jets out ridiculous levels of heat. If is tantamount to a fan heater which cost and arm and a leg in electricity. Very satisfying to have the stove running and the Recoheat working effortlessly to jet out ridiculous heat into the room.

Cons
Slightly noisy but unavoidable white noise if you want the benefit of the heat. I'd recommend like me you drill a hole through an external wall and place the pump outside so that you don't hear the pump noise. I have connected my Recoheat to a smart Alexa plug enabling me to turn it on and off at a command. I personally don't find the hissing noise too offensive but can understand why others would want to hear just the sound of firewood crackling away which is a lot more peaceful. I prefer to maximise my stoves efficiency so put up with the white noise the Recoheat produces.

-heat circulation into rest of house. Though the Recoheat will heat up the room you are in with doors closed much quicker my biggest gripe is not the noise or the cost of the product but the fact that the heat does not travel upstairs :( others have said that the heat does travel upstairs and I don't doubt that is the case as their house may have better insulation. The room my stove is in is a through room which may contribute to a proper current being produced. I may have to really test out the capability of the Recoheat to heat my upstairs (or at the very least improve the temperature by a few degrees) by burning my stove hotter and for an entire day but I am saddened by this, especially considering I have draught-proofed external and internal doors. I will caveat it by saying that is not Recoheat's fault but the fault on the way my house and living room are designed. Very gutting and I am envious of people that are able to use the Recoheat in lieu of central heating - so Recoheat is a pro in this regard, not a con!

I installed my woodstove only last month and thought I'd want to maximise my stoves efficiency and brought the Recoheat after some research and seeing YouTube videos. I would recommend the Recoheat 10/10. I simply dread to think what could have happened if I did not have it and had to put up with cold spots within my living room! I love the Recoheat and one thing it certainly does is evenly heat my living room with doors closed.

I am a novice to woodburners however I think seasoned owners of woodburners will notice the difference before and after Recoheat even more. Don't think about it - spend the £300!!!!! It's very reasonable for the benefits you get from it. 10/10 product

Hi, finally took the plunge and ordered a Recoheat back in August in preparation for the Winter. The concept and the way it works is beyond me, but my goodness it is so effective and it really does work! The heat that is produced from the unit circulates around my house (2 bed semi) extremely well and certainly makes a huge difference to my heating costs. I live in a house with only electric heating, so reducing the amount I use at today's prices is paramount. I thoroughly recommend it and the staff are extremely helpful and informative.
