I can't express in words the thanks I have to all of you and especially my Attorney Kelton Johnson for a tremendous job on an extremely difficult case. I had a very old conviction from several decades ago where court documents were no longer available to verify the conviction disposition on the case. When I started with Higbee and Associates, I wasn't sure what to expect.
However, within just a few days, their staff were responding quickly to all the questions I had. In these few months, I have received many clear updates regarding my case and again answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else in need.

At first I thought this service was great! I was told my engagement was granted and everything was okay!

Fast forward a few months to an interview where I needed an FBI fingerprint check done, and my charge was still showing up! I asked Recordgone to help me out with getting the FBI to update their information and I was given extremely difficult and hard to follow instructions despite me asking repeatedly for help.

I strongly believe if you are paying thousands of dollars for engagement service it had better include the FBI!!!

First let me say, I am a long haul over the road trucker that lives in my truck. That translates into I have almost zero time or capacity to fax things, accept calls, ect. This law firm just took care of everything.

RecordGone was exactly as advertised and helped me get my record cleared in a timely manner The case staff was always responsive to any questions I had and only delay in expunging my record was them having to wait on me to do my part. I had an old felony drug case (minor possession charge) I wanted expunged to restore my gun rights. I was told my case was eligible as a wobbler case meaning it would be reduced to a misdemeanor and then expunged restoring my rights. When I received my expungement letter this was not the case. After months of dealing with this my case was not reduced to a misdemeanor but just expunged. After contacting Higbee and Associates I was told my case didn't qualify for a wobbler and there was nothing more they could do for me. I gave them 3 stars for the fact that they did expunge my felony and I do have some rights restored, it's just not what I did it for.

We are so thankful for the services provided. It was a lengthy process, but successful in the end. Patience prevailed.
