I’ve just received my record, amazing service and the record is in great condition.

Flawless purchase, vinyls were delivered as said by their standards, amazing service and prices.

Since the last few weeks I ordered several LP albums from Recordsale and each time I was very satisfied of the service and products.

Be very wary, especially if you are buying internationally. I had to return an item, their website is poorly worded and misleading, as a result, I was sent the wrong item. When I wanted to return the item, the customer service staff were rude, unhelpful, and ultimately insisted I had to pay to post it back myself. Due to the extortionate pricing of the item, I had no choice but to pay to return it. I paid to post it back to them. I gave them the tracking information and proof of postage. Delivery of the item back to the seller was attempted, but, for whatever reason, they did not accept the delivery, so the item went to their local collection office. I contacted them to tell them the item was awaiting collection. They replied, stating that the item was probably "still in customs" despite the tracking information I sent them clearly showing it had left customs and was awaiting collection. I asked them to actually check the tracking number I provided, and I got no response at all, totally ignored my emails thereafter. Thankfully, I was able to get my refund through PayPal under their buyer protection policy, and PayPal also refunded my postage under the same policy. The entire process took about two months. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely at all costs. It's not worth dealing with them in the event anything goes wrong with your order.

The website easily explains the quality to expect from a record and I can confirm what it says is correct. A great website for finding records. The records had clearly been looked after and cleaned well.

The only thing to watch for is records of the same name. For example I thought I was buy Little Richard by Little Richard, but it ended up being a compilation. Some give a track listing, so I should have seen, but they are in the same election.

It won't stop me shopping again, just something I will note next time.

I've bought from this site several times now and the records have always arrived promptly and exactly as described. I'd definitely recommend this site as a good source for your vinyl.

Excellent, well packaged and prompted service

Found just what I was looking for and I shall make a point of a visit next

Avoid possibly the worst customer service I have encountered. Website informs me that tracking to UK is included in the shipping charge, and tracking number supplied by them after 3 weeks with no delivery told that I should have opted for tracked delivery. No help at all from customer service in fact told its my fault!!
Then informs me that it could take 2 months for delivery's between Germany & UK

Impressive stock but the delivery is a disaster : the package is too thin, the corners are not protected and not reinforced so the LPs are systematically damaged. What a disappointment for rare LPs...
Moreover, the grading is misleading. A record presented as Near mint can be unplayable, you can have a lot of adhesive tape on a Excellent grade or torn cover, or coffee ring on cover. Cut-out, drill hole or ring wear are never mentionned. Sometimes, the record tears the cover as the LP is not properly stored in the parcel. Ordering on this site is a random experience. You can spend 100€ and receive the order in very bad conditions. The best effort they can do is 30% on an unplayable record, no return, no refund. 3 orders, 2 bad experiences. I've just received my order but all the LPs are damaged because of the poor packaging. This website is not for me. I'm done with this.
