I paid for a one time car record, then one week later got charged for a monthly subscription. If you buy, make sure you’re not automatically looped into a recurring payment.
Customer service was fast, nice, and helpful though, and got I was able to get refunded for the monthly subscription.

It didn’t work, I tried getting information for the current owners car and it never showed who the current owner was. It was a waste of time and money. I’m only giving 2 stars because the customer service rep gave me a refund. You’re also given a long explanation over and over again why you got charged or why you can’t get refunds. There’s no where online to cancel a subscription but the website has no problem of automatically billing you. Then you have to get transferred to another department that doesn’t even 100% know you’re calling for recordsfinder.com to cancel your billing information.

Scant information obtained; less than what I already had dug up on my own. Waste of time and money. They also failed to disenroll me when requested the same day and my credit card got charged 24.95. Now they are saying they refunded it, wait 5-6 days. Give me little service, take more money.
