Prepare to be scammed with monthly charges

Scam!!! Avoid. They enroll you into automatic monthly payments and will not reimburse you for them. Really horrible and pathetic of this company to prey on people who need this service.

I didn’t sign up for the subscription

I didn’t sign up for the subscription, I only did the free trial, now all of a sudden 4 months later I find out you guys been taking money out of my account that I did not know about. Now my account is in negative and I’ve canceled that subscription that I didn’t even sign up for. I’ve only use it once that day 4 months ago and that was it, you guys been taking money like I’ve been using it. That’s not fair nor right at all. I’m a trying father but you guys are giving me a hard time.

Hoping for help from kind people

Dealing with the customer service representatives has been very helpful they have been very patient kind and understanding I talked with 2 different representatives and both seemed to understand my situation I am waiting on the report I just want to know my grandson is in a safe place his mother is very good at running off with people she meets on line I pray the people she has moved in with are good people but it could very well not be the case I just hope my 6 year old grandson is in a decent place but one has to think why does a man have to come to another state to move a woman in with him she has know less than a month she has no money not even a car and 2 children from 2 different men already She was living in a 2 bedroom apartment her rent was paid thru January 2026 there seems to be something wrong with all of this as I spoke with the representatives they was very professional and was straight up about what they could provide and what they could not if I asked for information that was not available to me they was straight up about what their company could do they did not make any promises they told me what was within their scope and what was legal and what was not I am hoping my grandson is safe I just want to know he has s not with people on a sex offender list

Scam

Scam. Show they have information when you actually pay they just show you VIN lookups, not what they showed before purchase.

I was trying to get owner information from a plate, records finder showed they had the info, but after paying they ONLY give the VIN and info for that vehicle which is already public information.

Better than a dozen others who were tricksters.

Record Finder worked pretty well for me. I hope the superior Court of San Francisco approves of the search results I found there. Sometimes I paid the $15 charges and the requests for another $15 popped up when searching the same person. I did not know how to go to "My Account" and eventually back to information I had already paid for. Anyway they are way better than a dozen other sites that tried and did trick me into revealing my informations and offering nothing in return. Suggestion: when listing property owned by one person, offer a consise list not requiring so many pages of printed materials that would frustrate a judge looking over a 20-30 page list of properties. Basically, I would like to see search results streamed lined in tighter results for printing.
