My external drive would not mount and I couldn't gain access even when helped by the tech support of the drive. Looked up recovery programs and this looked like it could help, and it did. Recovered all my important files. A lifesaver. Thanks.

Well, I deleted a folder with MANY images from a game. They were many moments that were part of limited-time events in the game, so it wasn't something I could "play again". The program helped me recover almost all the images, and that alone was a relief. Thank you for this product!

The software failed to recover old photos, but that's not the issue ; the problem is they put more efforts in trying to not refund you even if they stand a "7 days money back " policy but that's not true, they will try everything to make you drop trying to get a refund.
It's a software bought by wondershare and they clearly not care about the product they sell but only by your money and they will try everything to keep it ! If I hadn't bought it via PayPal I wouldn't ever seen my money

A real saviour...
I had lost over 2TB data of my current project when SSD drive just gave in. With Wondershare I manage to recover all of it with the exception of a few files which were recovered but got damaged in the process. However, considering the amount of data recovered undamaged was amazing. I will 100% recommend it.

At first I didn't wanted to be this harsh, because the only issue was that the sercive is absurdely expensive and that it didn't work, even though on the PREVIEW PICTURES EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE.
But now I am already fighting for multiple days to get my money back according to their 7 day money back rules. But they find one excuse after the other of what I didn't do or what could have went wrong but that's simply not true. My guess is they want to push it past the 7 day threshold. But I will continue on via PayPal afterwards if I have to, because again: crazyy disproportionately expensive licensing
